If you come from the US, you can check your cell phone provider and see it it has coverage in MX. I have traveled to Cancun and Puerto Vallarta and I have been able to use my phone normally without having to incur roaming charges.

Technically the second largest tree crusher , they were clearing out the Williston lake resivour and the largest one got stuck , there was no getting it out so they drained the fluids out of her and filled up the lake , its still at the bottom .
