Bless you for this version, these gals really understood the assignment. I'm so tired of the "I'm _ _ _ and I'm here to sayy" cadence that half the queens always do. Releasa completely smashed it, cause she wasn't just painting by numbers she was playing with it and embodying the song. Lill was also just born for this aesthetic. What I don't get is why DR is so cagey with the chorus singing. Either they should let the cast record the chorus or they should give the singer and identity, cause so far it's some detatched unnamed person and it kills the vibe. Give them a stage name!

The fact that, from the moment the girls walked into the room, I clocked these 4 as my top loves, and I just realized that all of the earned badges so far are contained within them (and Kiki was so very close to a win this week), plus for them to have the obvious 4 best verses (and 3 best dances... sorry Lill) is SUCH a mood. Absolutely OBSESSED with this season, and I'm so glad someone else thought to match up the best verses, because I've literally been listening to both versions on repeat, just patiently waiting for these 4 (plus La Voix's "sexy sheet" and Chanel's "wraaaaapped in chiffonnn").

I will say I don’t think Lill’s verse was the most listenable, but Kyran’s was probably the best verse of the night in my opinion.

Replace Lill with Chanel and things are golden. How I would judge this week: 1. WIN - Rileasa - Best combination of performance and runway. 2. HIGH - Kiki - Loved performance. Agree with hair critique. Okay runway. 3. HIGH - Kyran - Would have won the episode if the runway wasn't dissapointing. 4. SAFE - Chanel - Was hard on herself in the workroom but actually made a decent verse ---------The line between the good verses and the bad verses.------------ 5. SAFE - La Voix - Did what needed to be done. The definition of "SAFE" this week. 6. SAFE - Marmalade - Did not do bad inherently. Set up to fail after Kyran's high energy performance. 7. LOW - Lill - Deadpan delivery. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Wake up Lill! 8. BTM 2 - Zahirah - Nothing says "I'm feminine" like saying "I'm going to cXm in you." A turn off. 9. BTM 2 - Charra Tea - Vocals sound awful. Confused how this wasn't BTM2. I need to skip forward.

If this was an audio challenge .. lil would easily be near top because the voice, tone everything , it was perfect like rocky horror kinda thing. Now if vybz kartel did Halloween … that’s Rileasa’s verse . Of all lyric challenges franchise wise honestly rileasa’s is top 5 and for sure the most radio ready.
