مرحبا، صديقي العزيز، مرحبا بكم في قناتي! 250 جرام دقيق خميرة 5 جرام سكر 20 جرام ملح 4 جرام زبدة 30 جرام 1 بيضة 100 جرام من الحليب الفاتر أولاً، اجمعي المكونات الجافة وأضيفي إليها البيضة ثم أضيفي الحليب الفاتر تدريجياً حتى تتماسك العجينة (ربما لا يتم استخدام كل الحليب). ثم أضيفي الزبدة واعجني جيداً حتى تحصلي على عجينة طرية، ثم غطيها واتركيها لمدة 15 دقيقة. خذ 60 جرامًا من الذقن واتركها ترتاح لمدة 10 دقائق، ثم لف الذقن مثل الفيلم ولفها حول ملعقة. عند الانتهاء، قم بتغطيته واتركه لمدة 45 إلى 50 دقيقة. يمكنك دهنها بصفار البيض والزعفران ورشها بالسمسم وتخبز في فرن ساخن على حرارة 180 درجة لمدة 15-20 دقيقة. للكريم: 1 كوب من الحليب 3 ملاعق كبيرة من الدقيق 1 ملعقة كبيرة من نشا الذرة 6 ملاعق كبيرة من السكر القليل من الفانيليا ماء الورد 4 ملاعق كبيرة نجمع جميع المكونات ونخلط جيداً حتى لا يكون هناك أي كتل، ونستمر بالتحريك على نار خفيفة حتى يصل إلى قوام العصيدة، ثم نرفعه عن النار ونضيف إليه الفانيليا، و وَردَة نغطيه حتى يبرد ولا يغلق جميع أنواع الخبز والكعك😊😊
