Falkenstein Grand, Autograph Collection, Germany; King Grand Deluxe Skyline View
The new name for the room may be known as the "Taunus Suite." The room measures anywhere from 484-861 sqft. This very spacious room has a separate living area with sofa, giving great views of the surrounding landscape. The bathroom amenities are all L'Occitane products. There is a Nespresso machine to make coffee and a bag with slippers and towels to use for the hotel spa/sauna. The breakfast served at the restaurant has plentiful options to choose from. What is unique about this hotel, there is an underground tunnel connecting to the different sections of the hotel/rooms.

When visiting Kauai, there are many places to visit. By car, it is an easy drive to Waimea Canyon and to the Kalalau lookout for a great view of the Na Pali Coastline. I recommend to visit Poipu Beach during the day to soak up the sun and come at sunset to observe the Hawaiian monk seals and sea turtles swim to shore. This was my first helicopter ride and was such a memorable experience through Island Helicopters, Kauai. How did u book this room? Under what category? It looks bigger than the Away room but not as big as the Away Suites!!!
There are only 2 of the "Spectacular" rooms available but they fall into the same category as a regular "Away King" room. But you're right, these rooms are actually a little bit bigger than the regular Away King rooms. After booking your room, I would write them an e-mail to request one of the Spectacular rooms. Hope this helps :)
