Hey Jack thanks for the video. I am having a multi level L4 L5 S 1 TLIF fusion on 3/23. I'm freaking out. Anyway I hope you are doing better and your throat is improving. Looking forward to you updates. Hope you are well. Any recovery tips or advice is appreciated.
