What brand paint do you prefer?

Top notch smoker, can I ask why the 90 instead of the a smoke collector. I dont understand the engineering of how the airflow works and all I see on these big cookers are those collection stacks. We have a BBQ join down the road from my house Pauls ribbs shack and his smoker looks like one of yall and they put out some top notch food too. Wasnt sure if thats one of yalls pits.

Wish they would make it to where the bottom racks can be removed and switched. So that briskets can be rotated and etc

Only Other thing I would add is a generator platform on the tongue of the trailer for a 2000 watt Honda for lights and exhaust fan in the summer

I really like that 350 for your backyard cooks, well you know what I mean you could feed many with it. But what I notice is you was able to move the chamber door off the fire box a little bit farther than normal I could be wrong that’d be awesome for taking care of the little hot zone off the throat.

I want to build one so bad!

I just got my first offset cooker and went good overall. My meat came out with a nice smoke ring most of it uniformly pink except for the ends for more well done. I like the smoker it's 1/3rd the price of a pellet smoker and can achieve the Texas bbq flavor .

What paint do you use on your smokers? I'm building one out of a 150gal tank, and I plan on using rustoleum high heat 2000°. It only comes in spray cans. I'm looking for a high heat primer and paint I can apply with an automotive type spray gun. Do you know of one that'll work? By the way, the finish on your glossy 1000gal in the video is incredible!!
