God of Turks, hear my prayer
God of Turks, master of the birds, the sheep, the leaves, the mountains; you have given all of this to the Turks. Please, leave it to the Turks! God, all this soldier wants is to keep this land from the British and the French. Grant me this wish! Please, make the bayonets of the soldiers sharp, and destroy our enemies.

Pocket God - Slaying the Tyrannosaurus Rex
มุมมอง 124K15 ปีที่แล้ว
I'm just killing the evil tyrannosaurus rex on Pocket God, which is an app for the iPhone and iPod Touch. It's a pretty fun app. I'm sorry for the low FPS. You're not even supposed to be able to record videos of your iPod Touch screen the way I did, because you've got to jailbreak your iPhone/iPod Touch to be able to get the app required. Meh.
4. část od 17:44 hrál v 80. letech 20. století pravidelně Český rozhlas Brno jako znělku pořadu Obzor.
The 4th part from 17:44 was regularly played by the Czech radio station "Český rozhlas Brno" as the theme for the show "Obzor" in the 1980s.
Overshadowed in his lifetime by Dvorak, this composer is well worth investigating. This a wonderfully well written suite. Some of orchestration is sublime.
It is a very beautiful and dynamic painting !!! Im an artist who is very interested in painting mountainous scenery..
Those deer seem remarkably unconcerned about the 10 megaton H-bomb going off in the distance. Perhaps they were blinded by the flash. What do you call a deer with no eyes? No idea. What do you call a dead deer with no eyes? Still no idea. Or maybe they're all drunk - out on a stag do.
Beautiful!!
❤
This isn't slovak if a czech made it :(, stop feeding the propaganda of slovaks are czechs
Isn’t this beautiful? Nobody has ever heard of this masterpiece it pains me greatly
Words to live by
14:32 scared the shit out of me!
Ha ha. I thought 14:32 might be where the organ comes in (which is very unusual, I like that) but it's actually a rather shocking 'computer fart' kind of noise!
14:36 casi me da un paro cardiaco, estaba escuchando esto con audífonos mientras leia
Well done to Classic FM (UK radio station) for bringing this piece to my notice. Would not know it otherwise. So profound - that organ!
Complete orchestral score of this masterpiece > th-cam.com/video/0NyZRVpDyBk/w-d-xo.html
I needed this music. Just discovered it, driving home from work a few days ago. I'm going through a rough emotional patch right now and this will give me a boost. I adore the romantic tones of summer, and how this music can elevate a part of us that nobody can define or identify.
14:31 WTF????
One of the most moving pieces of music that I have ever heard. I first heard it played on Classic FM, and was determined to possess it.
That’s where I heard it too I managed to find a recording in Prague
And the organ starts, and I imagine playing this spectacular part. Adding the pedal part makes it so very atmospheric.
This is the most beautiful painting I've ever seen
Vitezslav Novak really captures your attention with this melodic composition!! Awe inspiring movement makes you feel like you are there . Live and in the flesh, not on some dreamy cloud. Love you all. Be good to one another!!! Scott
Classic FM in the UK keep playing this recording of "At church". I have no objection whatever (I love the piece) but until I looked it up hadn't realised this recording was 23 years old. It says something about the quality of the interpretation, the playing, and the recording.
in church is something I would like to be played at my wedding tbh
This is the most beautiful piece of music I have ever known. My husband and I discovered it twenty years ago. We loved it so much and took it as our wedding theme music. I have played it on every special day. It will remain the most beautiful piece for the rest of my life.
What an adventure of textures. Tranquil and heavenly. 😇

14:31 is the most creepy thing I have ever heard in a music video
Jesus fucking christ
Calm down, Golden Freddy!! Jeez!
Beautiful music!
Divine. Many Thanks
The start of this music was enough to send me in raptures, especially when the organ came in I temporarily switched off and clicked into Twitter to send out a tweet to the actor, Douglas Henshall to listen to, I hope he will pass it on to his wife, Tena who comes from, Croatia, former Yugoslavia. I reckon she will love it.
Beautiful, makes ones heart soar
Couldn't agree with you more, I sent a tweet to the actor, Douglas Henshall and told him where to find it, I hope he introduces it to his wee daughter, Anya, She will be three near the end of this year and it is a great way to educate young ears to classical music. Once they hear this sort of thing, they usually want to hear more, don't you agree?
"In Church" is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I've ever heard. And it always makes me cry.
I will try that, Sarah, and pass it on to Dougie Henshall & his wife. The Slovak Suite in parts has little echoes of a French composer which I am racking my brains[Mother Goose Suite] The first time I heard the Slovak Suite was before Easter on Classic FM. A wonderful way I feel to acquaint young people to classical music. As the piece progressed towards the organ, my heart soared with exhilaration.
I am listening to it now and crying! I cry every time I hear it. It's a magnificent work.
@@fionajohnston You mean Maurice Ravel, who composed Mother Goose? Another of my favourite composers. So exquisite and poignant.
@@sarahdelmas7194 The beginning of this piece reminds me of the end of Liszt's Dante Symphony and also Felix Woyrsch's Prelude to Dante's Divine Comedy.
@@brianknapp8645I don't know those two pieces, I'll give them a listen. Thanks!
A most beautiful piece, not played enough in main stream.
Aside from that voice at about 14.30, very Nice recording! Happy to be your subscriber!

BWAAAH Ok, thanks for the warning.
the chruch organ always sounds soo deep. deep dark deep dark deep dark deep dark in love with it.
Heard this for the first time today on Classic FM... very impressive. A little like listening to RVW with reading glasses... if that makes any sense to anybody.
What a beautiful piece. His teacher of composing was Antonín Dvořák, btw.
Well he couldn’t have ha a better teacher than Antonin Dvorak.
14:32 wtfff!!! I was listening on headphones and it scared the shit out of me
Damn it -.- It happened again, forgot about it ...
