are both durian seeds equally flat and small. Durian B has more seeds than A? Seemed that durian B was a bit frozen that was why you can't hear the shake.

Once I was swindled by durian seller that sell tekka to me as musang king. But after tasting I prefer tekka than MK now LOL

Tekka durian has this kampong durian taste but much sweeter and more fragrant. Agree good Tekka is a refreshing hit compared to Musang king

How heavy is this durian? I guess about 1.6kg. Good round size, thin and short stem. After seeing how you peel the durian, now I know how to properly de-seed the durian. The flesh on the opposite side of the seed has 2 flaps overlapping which could unfold by gently pulling apart without bursting the flesh. Nice.

seems like the saying is true, that the lighter durian for its size is usually better. Both durians look about the same size, but left one is slightly lighter at 1.3kg vs 1.6kg on the right. I also like dry and bitter flesh.

perhaps the shape of the fruit plays a part here. Oval shape tends not to be as nice as the round shape one.

should try medium size durian about 2kg, probably yields the best of both worlds, not too wet, dry stick and bitter sweet flesh.

That black thorn is not an amazing one, unfortunately.

Black Thorn durian is the most overhyped variant, more expensive than MK and comes with a lot less pulp given the oversized seeds. MK is superior to Black Thorn variety in taste and cost.

这个红虾，在榴莲新贵黑刺崛起之前，在北马，尤其是槟城的佼佼者，早年在槟城每年举办的榴莲比赛中曾经多次拿下冠军榴莲王宝座。槟城老牌名种榴莲三鼎立强中(坤宝红肉，红虾，葫芦)它的名气最高。据说在浮罗山背"宝盛园"中有🌳龄高达百年的老树红虾，价码比起市面上的红虾高出许多。

种子不是很小，应该不是老树竹脚😮

显然的，视频中的这个D2,产自🌳龄稚嫩的树或者是平地区，如果产自高山区数十年的老🌳，果肉包就呈现半干包橙黄色果肉。数十年前这个D2在中马一带和D24苏丹齐名，很受小园主欢迎，现在已经很少人种植这个品种，有个致命的弱点:结果量很低，不符合经济效益。

视频中的竹脚还算不上极品，多年前我曾在劳勿都赖新村吃过一位谭姓小园主的极品竹脚，果肉包大如拳头，没有纤维，果肉呈现橙红色，种子小，味道甜中带苦，绵密顺滑如雪糕。 这个品种榴莲和D2 Dato Nina有2个共同点:不同产区种出来的品质水准相差很大，还有就是果壳的心很坚韧，特别难开，我就亲眼见过有人开竹脚撬断菜刀的😂！
