Yeah that's odd. I just tried at the chaos altar in southeast Varrock and it's not counting like wilderness Chaos altar.

seeing legendaries in bl3 is just boring as hell , too many of them, my first ever playtrough back in 2019 was with flak and i was not even 50 my bank was full of legendaries i had to sell some, for me it ruins the fun but i understand the choice

Goodness no, I be using the first chance I get and every chance I get. The low level legendaries could be something I could use on a new playthrough where I haven't gotten a specific weapon yet.

Got my first character to level 72 and now I don’t know what to do. Everyone is saying to just enjoy the game but if all the missions are complete and I’ve already beat the main story twice then what do I do? Play the mediocre story again? I rushed to max out my character and now I’m getting bored. Borderlands 4 better be worth the wait 🤞
