    amazing talk. especially agreed with the points regarding stylization. You don't need high contrast for non-interesting things like grass, bricks, reflections don't need lots of contrast, and that state transitions should have more contrast as they're interesting and have more importance

    Okay...I feel like I'm on the right track! I'm working on a system that combines/overlays grids. I'm working with Cartesian and polar coordinate systems. Wish me luck.

      believe these maps can be plugged into different channels and therefore colours can be altered in engine

    fantastic game! it made me go back to the adventures of prince of persia and and another world, two of my preferite games. the story was great too and the puzzles also. really a good game with a nice message and ending. the onlt thing is that is a little short and easy maybe, but anyone can play it this way. i hope they make a second one a little more difficult and complex.

    I just found out he passed away from cancer in June 2022; The world has lost a great man. Mike will live on forever in his games, research, teaching, and students.
