I had a go at this mask the other day! ive made about 3 or 4 different versions of this over the years and always end up going back to trying again because its such a wild design lol I found the best solutions for this is getting a face cast same shape as yours so itl fit you and building it up in small pieces of ripped up burlap and latex it looks super gnarly at the end of it also i got a pair of over head headphones and snapped off the ear bits and used them as the gas mask thingys and if you use clear latex it dries fairly quickly with burlap and you can barely notice it and its great to paint on after and with the texture it leaves :) i just saw your other videos i love the glove you made and jacket gonna try make that soon but looks abit tedious but fun to try thankyou for uploading hope this helps you in some way :)

Dude you're a lifesaver. I've been trying to figure out how to smooth that awful ribbed finish that cardboard has. Will definitely be using this method from now on.

My prop is round and i but wall filler on it but it cracks. Should i use caulk or pva glue like you have?
