I have the theory of Mulgoon being a true Lixi, like the complete version of one, remember when it's mentioned that Coenubia used the entire race as army to conquer the world of Toram, and the most of an Lixi we had atm is Anono, which doesn't really look that powerful/useful as a host for Coenubias, but Anono were once the Evil Crystal Beast. Most of it is Pelulu influence, but Anono also sound a bit like a child, so I started thinking, what if Mulgoon is an adult, fully transformed Lixi? He also doesn't really seem to be controlled by Coenubias, maybe when a Lixi reaches its full potential it loses control of itself? Honestly, Mulgoon is sick, easily my top 5 bosses in Toram :D Nice vídeo, it's pretty rare to see this kind of content in Toram community!

Good bgm, but I'm starting to get fed up with violin+mid 2017 electronic music pattern later tracks have been following, it's getting over used in my point of view, kinda miss og Iruna and early Toram bgms. Great track nonetheless.
