I made a Super Mario 64 Font out of boredom
Font: lemonlover110.itch.io/super-mario-64-latin-japanese-font
Credits: I made this using yal.cc/r/20/pixelfont/ by YellowAfterLife. Sprite sheet for symbols by KoopaTroopa76, Megadardery, Previous, Reese Rivers, Ya Block (The sprite sheet in question www.spriters-resource.com/nintendo_64/supermario64/sheet/52991/). Based on Japanese Super Mario 64 Latin Letters created by Nintendo. Made into a font and expanded by Me.
Additional info: I know that those symbols I used for Unicode Characters are actually just some regular non-letter symbols that are different in the game that you have on your keyboard (Like the Ampersand or a Colon), but I just didn't find a place for them that would fit in. I hope you understand that.

Yes, they do. They allow you to unlock more movesets, like Long Jumping, Backflipping, Beta Slide Kicking, and etc.

I tried getting the "Checkered Madness" star but it turned out to be a dupe. So I exited that room and found a wooden box. And there was a (new) red star in it! Edit: the star warped me to a place with Peach in it. Thru a new lobby and a new, foggy castle- grounds. Cannon hidden in the grass allows you to get to the top of the castle. eventually this gets me to another red star (you need metal cap). Haven't gone thru the whole video to avoid spoilers, so idk if this one is covered by the vid or not. Star trackers says it's "Dream Castle".

Green Stars aren't used for anything; they're just an additional collectables that appear after collecting 120 stars. You can get this version either on www.romhacking.com and patch it using FLIPS or Parallel Launcher, or by going to benedani.xyz/b3313/ and patching it there.

Yes. Also, scary doesn't automatically mean ARG, but you can find a more detailed definition of what an ARG on the Internet if you search it up; As for the version itself, well, I guess it's a version of Minecraft that's supposed to be haunted or something idk. That would explain why there're red torches replacing regular ones.

@@LemonLover110It’s a stylistic choice afaik. I’m pretty sure they used to just be green recolors of the yellow 2d stars like the red stars but they changed it to the 3d model.

Yes! In fact, they only appear after you collect 120 Yellow Stars but they're pretty tricky to find; that's what I made this guide for if it wasn't obvious enough.

Looks like you got unlucky with Level Scaling effect from Yellow Switch. Try pressing that again and see if you can collect it now, if not, try pressing again and repeat the steps until it works. Pretty stupid that they put a Green Star there specifically if you ask me since this can happen, and an average player wouldn't even know if it was from a Yellow Switch or not.
Ok i was not expecting an answer talking about something so obscure to this game, so I really appreciate it! I guess the whole level scaling thing caused the red coin star in wet or dry to not be obtainable for me as well as it just spawned out of bounds when I got it. So that and this green star means I “100%ed” the game with 448/450 stars… still really like the game but man im not sure i can recommend 100% unless you REALLY like the game.
