Hello, Thank you for sharing this video. I am interested in creating a similar report, but I need to display the data in a tabular format. In this report, the first column should list all the months, followed by columns for the previous year, the current year, and the percentage change. Additionally, I would like to incorporate a year filter that allows users to select a specific year, with the headers dynamically updating to reflect the actual previous year and the current year. Could you please provide guidance on how to achieve this?

Thank you for the tutorial, it was helpful. for fellow learners like me, if your SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR function does not work, add .[Date] at the end of your Date column. the tutorial date column was Calendar[Date], in my case will be Calendar[Date].[Date]. the last [Date] is a power BI method. it took me almost half an hour to make it work.

If you disable the load in power query, would that be a problem with the source data, if the source data gets updated, will the updated data come to power qery

i have implemented this thing but when i am applying filter of r 1 month the previous month should show the previous value but its not showing it coming up blank ....any suggestion

Hi, I have a table and used the formulas in your video but my data only show three years from 2022- 2024 but does not display 2016 - 2021. Do you know what I am doing wrong? Any help would be much appreciated.
