from your headset, upload it to youtube and set visibility on PRIVATE. then go to your computer, and in yt studio there should be 3 dots that when you click, will make a drop down menu. In this menu, you'll find "Download." download your clip(s) and punch them into your editing software.

I might be able to solve your problem. I think you said you wanted to share your video to your PC but I don't know. So ounce your done recording your video. Click your quest button and go into the files on the quest headset. Then click the three dots and click "sync to the mobile app". Now go on to your phone and go into the meta app and go into the gallery and download the video

You can use mobile vr station

Put it in a google drive on your quest and download it on your phone. on iPhone if it doesn’t download choose the option to import footage into CapCut. I’ve had this problem too. Also the HD feature doesn’t work
