Do you grease the pan? At what temperature do you bake and for how long?

what temp should the milk be before taking off the heat
Thanks for watching! Ive never used a thermometer, i dip a finger or pour a drop or two on the back of my palm and if its not too hot to handle, i switch off. It should be more like baby food
