Just got new unit. Battery died during testing. Have not had it in the water yet. So found this video, bought a battery, and now the light does not go green ever. I even tested holding the vent with finger and vacuuming. Flashes red only....no green. Any ideas? This setup is cheap $500 (incl case) but I hate to throw the case away and the pump after such a short time. Might be a lesson for me.

Hi ! Does anyone have a problem with the on/off button? It seems the housing button is to wide compared to the on/off button on the camera, which leads to suddenly not being able to turn it on in the water 😢

Can you use this with a A7IV camera?

Can one use also another zoom lens non sony like the sigma 24-70 art? Is there a possibiliti to zoom underwater or it must be fixed to a predeterminated optical lenght before???

So guys, I have this housing from Sea frogs for Sony A7IV, but you don't demonstrate in this video how to switch between photo and video modes! This housing switcher of modes doesn't work. Why? Before switching between modes, you should press another lock button at the bottom of this P/V mode wheel, but you dont have this ability in UW housing switcher. I am very disappointed.

HI, I leave the vacuum system on my Seafrog in the bath tub for at least 4 hours and the light stays green. Then after about 30 minutes in the ocean, and never more than 6 feet deep, the light turns red and beeps. This happens every day I use it. What's up?

Hi, I am too very interested in your product but I don't intend to use it fully underwater. I am instead interested in semi-submerged nature shots and I need to be able to mount it on a tripod. So my question is, does it have the option for a tripod plate ?

In the video you did the vacuum pump > then submerged to test without the camera. Would you then place the camera in the housing and do the vacuum pump again and test again?

Looks great! My issue with your product is that I have no idea if I can fit a Tokina 10-17 with a printed focus ring for the a6xxx housing. A good port chart would help your sales I'm sure, I particularly find Ikelite port charts to be useful as they comment on vignetting and other aspects to consider.

Hello! I just bought it with the 16-50mm port but I am unable to remove the port from the housing. Is there any problem if I just leave that O-ring like that and try it in the water?

I am planning to buy the Sea Frogs a7s3 standard port underwater housing. I have an important question. The standard port says that the Sony 16-35 F4 Zeiss lens can be used in the 17-35mm range. I want to use the Sony 20-70g f4 lens with the standard port model. The size of the 20-70g lens is 78.7 * 99mm. I think it is possible to use it because it is not much different from the Sony 16-35 F4 Zeiss lens, but there is no review anywhere. I can’t use the entire zoom range of the 20-70g lens, but for example, I think the 20-40mm range might be possible. How about that? Can the horizontal and vertical diameters fit the standard port, and how much space can be extended when you turn the zoom ring? Will the zoom ring adapter fit the horizontal size? Or please let me know if there are any other compatible zoom ring adapters. Please let me know in a way that I can understand, such as 99mm ~ 120mm. The information I found is that the Sony 16-35 F4 Zeiss lens extends up to 121mm at most. Then, if the horizontal diameter of the 20-70g lens matches, it seems that it can be used up to 121mm as well. Please give me a detailed answer.
