Formed in 1962, and officially registered in 1968, is one of the oldest Clubs in the country. Named after the Bakwena Tribe regiment, Masitaoka of 1906, it was eventually nicknamed ‘Majatlhaga’ or ‘Up The Blues’, because of the colour of the playing kit they wear. In 2016 the Club embarked on a transformation exercise by moving away from a society to a commercial entity, hence the birth of Masitaoka Enterprises (Pty) Ltd trading as Masitaoka Football Club as a going concern.

The Club acquired the National First Division South status in 2018 and won 2019/20 DFDS league and gained automatic promotion to the Botswana Premier League.
