I was there Gandalf, 3000 years ago...jokes aside, the 1.0 was something new at the time and all of us who had the privilege to witness it, made us fell in love with the game when the 1.6 came out, it was its peak and my personal favorite of all time, LAN parties were the best, favorite maps were de_Dust 2 and assault.

Source was the best. So bad that Vlave didn't improve the real mighty of Source engine in PC games😢

Im in my early 30s. I was really into these 1.6 , Source times..Sometimes i wonder, If i was born in the early 2000s Id be so addicted, man.. if we wasted our lifes for such 1,6 garbage graphics.. imagine these games right now... very addictive... and all the opportunities.. back then we had a horrible internet, and if internet was good the pc was old and rusty.. no streams no youtube, no real competitions.. now everything is at hand.. these kids will never quit, man...ADHD, authistic, social anxiety generation

I have played all, yeah cs2 is beautiful, but cs 1.6 is always the goat. More fun community and servers , more good shots and moves.

ah man cs 1.6 my memories i started to play from 2010 to the 2015 and i bought cs go then ah it was so good with my friend we bought our servers and we play PK ZOMBIES DEATHRUN it was so good it makes me cry i wish the time goes back
