I cut my freezer paper to the size of printing paper then I put it into my inkjet printer.

No it is not it shows backwards on film I have to use a n app on my iPhone. I am in the process of looking for another camcorder for that spot.

Yes I do cut my freezer paper to the size that will fit my printer. I also print one freezer paper at a time. Go look got the video that I explain how I print.

If it has been working for you with two or three that is fine. My printer is finicky.

This is paper piecing I can not give you the dimensions. Put the file on a usb key and take it over to a printer. You may not be able to print the pattern onto freezer paper. But you can use photocopy paper and a water soluble glue stick to stick the fabric to the paper.

Yes but the rulers are made with the quarter inch seams you would have to remake template so you can add the 3/8 seam allowance.

Good to know about the mitered corners. I will have to check out the Marty Michell’s Deluxe corner trimmer.

I am so glad that you are going to give paper piecing a try. A table runner sounds like a great idea way to use the little houses

I am a steam kind a girl. You can use a dry iron if that is how you roll. The only thing I would do is after the paper pattern is removed is to use a little steam or spay some water then iron to make sure your seams are set. I find that a dry iron does not get hot enough to set the seam in place.

The pattern is finished size. The lines on the pattern are the stitching line you fold the paper on those lines and you will use an add 1/4 inch ruler to add your seam allowances. You keep the paper folded back and I use a foot that has a guide or a mark that will indicate the needle position. You are sewing just beside the paper that is still folded back in the same place as if you are sewing through the paper. There would be no gathering of the fabric. It’s as if you are doing regular patchwork with your machine. I hope this helps.

I have a client that have made this quilt and she has asked me to quilt it for her. I am also making one for my son. My client has asked me to quilt hers with Celtic Curlz by Urban Elementz and she has asked me to use glide thread #10CG6 Fog. I am not sure yet what I would like to do on my son's quilt. Glad that you like the little houses and the little tree all will work together. I have also made tall house and a tall tree and they will work with the little houses and trees also. Just have some fun making them and they are a great way to use up scraps.

I think that I have shown it close up in another video but I am not sure. Just look for a foot that has a little mark on it that indicate your needle position.

Mine will Curl up also so what I do is precut the sheets and put them in a filing folder and let them sit there for a week or so. After that I will always have precut sheets in that folder waiting to be used.

@@Katbird88 It will curl what I do is cut a few day to a week before I need to use it I put it into a file folder this will help to flatten the paper so you can get it through the printer.

Only the free ones at the moment are freezer paper foundation piecing.

I have been told that skunks can make good pets. As long as you get them young. Of course you would want to descent them first.
