Sa isang lalagyan, pagsama-samahin ang Soy Sauce at garlic, saka i-marinade ang manok ng 1 hanggang 3 oras 2. Ilagay kawaling may mantika sa kalan at hayaan itong uminit. 3. Ilagay ang na-marinate na manok sa kawali. Lutuin ito sa loob ng 5 minuto. 4. Ilagay na rin ang marinade, dagdagan ng tubig kung kailangan at hayaan itong kumulo. 5. Ilagay ang dried bay leaves at peppercorn. Hayaang kumulo sa loob ng 30 minuto o hanggang sa lumambot ang karne ng manok. 6. Ilagay ang vinegar sa kawali.
