The Body of Christ is an organism, NOT an organization! Many if not most congregations have opted for the latter.

I like your videos because what's implicit in them all is your recognition and acknowledgement of the fact that there are things amiss in the evangelical congregations. How many people heed what you say is another matter. Again, it's Ezekiel 34.

Amen. When was the last time you heard a pastor preach on Ezekiel, Chapter 34?

You must be privy to a lot that's going on--without going into details. My sister left a congregation where the pastor solicited the congregation for money to renovate his entire house! When it was finished, he sold it and moved with his family to Florida from New York.

Again, even God's people not trusting any kind of leadership anymore has its origins in the 1960s hippie culture which coined the phrase, "Don't trust anyone over 30!" I guess they felt justified even more when, once they left the cultural scene, Watergate happened, followed by a long list of other scandals, even in the church, which the media expounded on. (People have long memories--even long after such scandals have disappeared from the front pages).

It's unfortunate that our distrust of leaders, whether in government or the church, has I feel made many if not most evangelical congregations become democratic --i.e., where their members are given a list of ministries they may choose from, rather than the leaders praying over and for a member and awaiting the Holy Spirit's informing where that individual should be placed. It's like throwing darts, trying to hit the bullseye, going from ministry to ministry till one finds for themselves where they belong, wasting time.

Thank you, the appointees of the Lord will know that they have called and not confer to flesh and blood neither will they look outside for impartation... Only GOD can do it. A spiritual restructuring to gather together his elect in these last days. Thank you Jesus and for your word. Thank you W.O.G for sacrifice . How can they hear without someone to preach? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, " How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news...thank you and am praying that the seed will fall on good hearts. Amen.

Someone Who was with Joseph in Egypt whilst in prison Someone who Mary and Martha could say, Lord, if you were here our brother would have not died. Someone who wept at the grave of lazarus even though he knew was few minutes away from calling him to come forth. Someone who can jump start our spiritual battery when is flat. Someone who could walk with us on our daily walk to Emmaus and break bread. Someone who can say, come let us reason. Someone whose presence possess the fullness of the Godhead. Someone that will wash our feet and not worried about our weaknesses. . Like a David who will say will to God that I have died for thee. A true true one whose life Ecos the scripture " greater love has no man than to lay down his life. I almost feel like i was the only one who noticed the church was a lot off. So much alse doctorine. So much not preaching about whay gets ypu into heaven or hell. So much rock band music. So much feel good prosperity preaching so many hypocritrs in the body. 4:59 so much compromise. So many wolves in sheeps clothing

But that I will always stand firm and spiritually active...and then the message also point to that and our spiritual awakening from spiritual weakness and all those things that are not the fruit of the spirit. Praiss him always. God is true and sure. Let them jump to their conclusions. Nobody can change the truth of God. I reward disrespect with distance. Your acting like my mother now. Why is it ok to break your promises to me like my mother did. Remember I was poisoned because of her breaking her promise to me and I have suffered for almost 2 years now because of a promise to me was broke.

My guess? Zero would do it if they had to still work a regular job for a living and do ministry for free.

This is interesting because the thing with Cain and Abel is also a type, a type of false religion persecuting true religion all the way down through human history up until now. Abel was about faith and Cain about works, because Abel was accepted and not Cain, Cain was jealous and slew Abel. We see the pattern in the OT and the NT, church history up until today. Nothing has changed.

I see this all the time too. They bellow for revival, but they are not willing to move one little toe in that direction. It is too much trouble for them. And they are comfortable with what they have and don't want to give it up.
