I think Barnes and Noble underestimated how many people wanted Ruthless Vows. I went Thursday to Barnes and they were sold out. In fact every Barnes in 40 miles was sold out. Had to order and I am almost sure I got the last one available in release week because checking the ability to order showed it was not taking orders online
