Doordash just committed suicide by raising the rating game. As a Dasher, you are nothing but an employee disguised as an independent contractor. Stupid move in forcing a massive exodus of Dashers that are leaving the platform since they can't play the ratings game standard. You get punished by Doordash for any little reason. For example you get a $3.50 order, and you don't accept it the order, your Acceptance Rate decreases by 1 percent (punishment). To get that 1 percent back you need to accept the next 10 orders to raise that 1 percent you lost earlier The Completion Rate has been increased from 95 to 97 percent which means that you can only Unassign your self from a delivery 3 times in a month. To raise a 1 percentage point you have to do 20 plus deliveries which is the definition of a Rating Game not an Independent Contractor (punishment). Also, all Dashers are forced to become Customer Rating whores. You have to beg the customer to leave you a good rating otherwise you can't work anytime. So Doordash will get complaints from customers being fed up that the drivers are begging for a rating so they can continue to work anytime. These drivers will get fired because they are attempting to comply with standards that are NOT realistic. Right now I am at the highest rank of Platinum but I CANNOT WORK ANYTIME because my Customer Rating is (.1) from a 4.7 Customer Rating,.WHICH IT SHOULD BE 4.8 according to the new rules. I have worked for this company for 6 years, so now I am forced to quit after 18,000 plus deliveries since I can't schedule myself to work anytime. The monthly deliveries used to be a minimum of 100 deliveries to be a Platinum level. Now you have to complete 150 deliveries per month to keep the Platinum level that allows you to Dash anytime. A lot of us are senior citizens, disabled veterans like me and other part timers that CANNOT continue to work because the false idea that they are independent contractors. The raised standards not only are hurting the drivers, Doordash itself and the customers that will NOT receive their orders on a timely manner. Where are you going to find drivers that are willing to schedule themselves 40 miles away from your home city (punishment) to be able to work.

Whats next?? Kroger will continue to treat employees like we dont matter. The profits on our backs. Present a poor union contract with meager .40-50 cent raises. Lol absolutely disgusting.

Our entire company and their family's are boycotting the Caseys located in MULVANE KANSAS. On several occasions the store manager Crystal Atkins speaks terrible about her employees. I personally have heard Crystal making fun of the customers and the community of Mulvane. She was making fun of the way the customers dress. How grade school. She definitely does not conduct herself in a professional manner! And the wat she uses profanity on the regular is so uncalled for. She uses profanity infront of children even. I can't believe she still has a job! None of us at our company will ever go back to the Mulvane Kansas Casey's store again until Crystal Atkins is no longer there!!!

Evil, greedy, disgusting people. I just turned my app on. A $23 , 2 batch, 63 item, 18.7 mile order popped up....how disgusting. Only a fool would take that order. That's almost 40 miles round trip and shopping for two customers and only getting paid $23. They're sick, disgusting people who run this company. Shame on them. It's all fun and games til reaping time comes. Repent of your greed or perish and go to hell.

Do not trust door dash CEOs, they are two faced crook robbing drivers and customers. They force drivers with fake app issues, 75% of the orders do not pay for time. Or pay gas only. They use mental manipulation communist tactics, they hire people to attack drivers, they manipulate the time on phones behind the scenes. They purposely send drivers wrong addresses and remove business name tags on maps.

Tony has unfortunately let greed overtake his decency. He doesn't care about the delivery drivers at all and yet, they're the reason he's even in business. He just laid of 1250 employees right before the holidays but yet still matains his multi million dollar income. He's destroyed DD with his greed. He needs to step down at this point. He's lost all perspective of human decency and a moral compass.

They won't stop over hiring they are doing a disservis to human beings that work for them. Their commercials that bring people who are really looking to work and make money and take care of their car tires changing oil are part of the big picture the dasher have to take care of. You can't make a living if you can't make your own schedule and be your own boss and make lots of money. I would like him to talk about his sub contractors us the dashers!!! We are consumers also!! I make 9 dollars an hour as a Gopuff driver . They say you have commission for each package which is only 3.5 in Houston. But they take the commission and subtract it from your hourly rate. So if i have 2 orders in an hour thats (3.5 x 2 ) = 7 dollars of commission. Then they will take the 7 dollars I made and subtract if from the hourly rate of 9 so I will only be owed an additional 2 dollars. Thats how they scam us by saying you make at least 9 an hour . No gas compensation or anything.

I would suggest you look into no sulfates fast hair growth shampoo.
