@MzShaybutta It's sad and hopeful at the same time. Lana was the love of his life. Their bond was so deep it'll never go away, and it's because of that there's this hopeful aspect to it. Granted, we never got to see how it would all play out in the end, and the series does imply that Lois is his endgame, but it's not as clear cut as some would think. For example as late as season 10 Clark was still thinking about Lana even while in the presence of Lois, and technically speaking Clark and Lois never married in Smallville and even after a time skip of a few years still hadn't married. It can leave you as a fan thinking that maybe Clark had 2nd thoughts, and maybe, just maybe, might still be thinking about Lana and how to solve the kryptonite suit problem to once again be with her. The bottom line is that its open ended enough for speculation and hope, and that's a good thing.

@Jan0630 Agreed! And it makes no sense at all for several reasons: 1. If this were the case, chances are it wouldn't affect Clark, just like how the meteor freak with pheromones didn't affect him. 2. If it were true litteraly every guy in her high school would be infatuated with her when this clearly wasn't the case and it's easy enough to point out guys that only viewed her as a friend or barely noticed her at all. Lana even had guys who didn't like her as well. 3. Lex started off seeing her as no more than a friend, a friend who initially he didn't even want to help, and only later became obsessed with her because Clark liked her so much and it was clearly stated Lex always wanted what Clark had. So it really boiled down to his obsession to copy Clark's life more than anything. 4. There was once a guy with the power to pick up on anyone that was a meteor freak, and he was near Lana several times and never said anything to her or anyone else or ever implied she was one.

@@NeonAnimeDreams Your #4: that episode is called Freak from season 6. Yeah, that guy did not point out Lana as meteor infected and he could “see” meteor infected people. I’m telling you clois fans are delusional and jealous of Lana. I remember reading a comment from a Clois fan who was pissed that the Lois in Smallville was not as pretty as Lana. He wished that Lois was prettier. 😂

@Jan0630 Haha, too funny. I try to avoid those cloisfans because I've never once had a good interaction with them. They always seem miserable with a bone to pick about something.

She’s actually done I think two solo panels, Illinois this year I believe and Wales I think was last year. Both were great panels and no Michael to distract her. She always gives these intelligent, thoughtful answers and it’s a joy to listen to her.

Yes! This is why I love her interviews/panels because she is so thoughtful in her responses. She will get her point across but is also mindful of how the fans will take it and how they see things so she will weave it in a way where she is clear on where she stands but still respectful of others opinions. Always very insightful and so eloquent with her words.

He has a crush on Kristin since back in the day and he dated Laura Vandervoort for about a year. He never said anything about Erica at all.

That’s what I took it to mean- Lana is so sweet and genuine, it’s rare to meet people like that

@@kelseykrogman oh I see. I thought she meant she hasn’t met nice girls, so I was confused because generally women are kinder. But when you put it like that I get it; it’s how genuine and caring Lana was to everyone around her, even trying to find the good in Lex despite what everyone was telling her.

@@mnlipat it wasn’t packeddd but it was good sized audience! Plus at this con, there were always other things happening during each panel (photo ops, the other acting signing autographs, etc) so it was impossible for people to do it all. I’d love more Clana panels in the future though! 🥹

@@kelseykrogman thanks! It makes sense they had other things going on too to make use of the limited time they had. Was creation net just hosting the Smallville Con or were there other events outside of the Smallville reunion on the same weekend?

Yep. They totally for those who are fans disrespected Clois fans by not also having a duo with Tom and Erica.

Sorry we don’t need those. They do enough panels together in general since you can’t not have a con without her and Michael tagging along. They don’t need to Do this con again or at least respect Fans who like Clois by Tom and Erica doing one as well. They could have done that.

@@isocitrateDH what makes this even funnier is that in a previous panel Kristin and Tom had a back and fourth about not watching each others movies/shows because she had no idea he was referencing one of his characters and he said “yeah I don’t watch your stuff either” 🤣Which is why Kristin made that comment about “i watched your movie, why did I do that?” And I’m pretty sure he made a similar comment about if Kristin would recognise him then too 😂

@@seriouslyzany9232I’ll do you one better, the character he was referencing back THEN was in the movie that Kristin just said she watched HERE. That’s why he says “THAT’S the one you watched?” because he wanted her to see him in something better, and Kristin was all yeah I don’t know why I watched that 😂 Meaning they had that back and forth a couple years ago? and THEN Kristin remembered that and actually watched it 😭😭 I’m in love with these two every time I see them interact ❤

It almost looked like that. Tom was a lil confused why they were booing but his back was faced toward the guy who had to end the panel. The audience wanted more time especially since the guy ended the questions right when it was getting juicy.

@@kelseykrogman Got it! Okay, I’m glad that was the case. There was a kind of audible disagreement when Tom said he was surprised more people weren’t obsessed with her. That’s what made it seem like they were boo’ing Tom.

Others have explained the booing (I felt so bad for Tom then but love that he stood his ground - also how Kristin reached out and touched him at the end like "it's okay I know it wasn't toward you" What i wanted to add was that, if you watch her solo panel where someone brings up that theory, when Kristin says it back to them out loud it sounds so ridiculous that the audience begins to laugh and then she calls it a crappy meteor power lol! Kristin knows it (she even says "so do I" when Tom says there are so many better reasons than this") but she (unlike Tom lmao) likes a hypothetical and it's new to her so she found it somewhat interesting.

I think it’s probably Jensen Ackles. She had no chemistry with him. And he’s a really good actor, so I didn’t understand why they seemed off.

@@keishaknits3110ehh, Kristin said she really liked working with Jensen. She said he was very easy to work with and in my opinion her chemistry with Jensen was very natural and easy flowing and she showed as little bit of her own personality playing Lana when she was In a relationship with Jason. Kristin stated in an interview or podcast that she had chemistry Jensen at the audition. I’m a big Clana fan and I didn’t like the Jason/Lana relationship but I did notice a difference. I don’t know who they were referring to but I doubt it’s Jensen 🤷‍♀️

Personally, I think they had great chemistry and it showed Lana's more carefree, flirty and fun side in that relationship. Someone mentioned Somerhalder and I feel like that is spot on because what even was that? lol

Their relationship was always held back by pain and angst. If they went through a catharsis period and healed, their love would be stronger than ever before. And that's really saying something because their love was already very strong. They were both the love of each others lives. So I can only imagine how much they would compliment one another in their journey together. Of course, that's all pending Clark left Lois, which honestly I don't see why he wouldn't. He already left Lois for Lana on two other occasions in the show, and if Lana came back and their love was stronger than it had ever been, Lois couldn't stand in the way of that. I think to Clark it would be like she didn't exist anymore as he'd only have eyes for Lana again.

@@SynthwaveLana I was thinking the same thing because most of the recurring guest stars were guest on Talkville and the boys spoke very highly of them. They mentioned Ian a little bit during season 3 of talkville and they talked about a couple of things they didn’t like during his time on smallville but it was very quick and dry

Kristin practicaly doesn't age, it's really something else. She'll be stunning well into her 50s.

@seriouslyzany9232 Personally my favorite look for her was in S3 of Smallville but I totally get what you're saying. In her new show, she's easily prettier than she is in Burden of Truth and possibly even BATB. I just don't get how she does it! It's like she aged some and then reversed it, or I don't know, maybe it's just certain features are becoming more prominent. I do think her lips look better/ fuller and her cheeks fuller and more shapely than 5 years ago. But I still don't understand how she's doing it. She's super human!

It's generally been said that Kristin keeps the boys in line lol,. You can definitely see it with Michael - because they are so opposite - he calms down quite a bit when she's there, compared to when she isn't.

Kristin in real life is more of a quiet and reserved person, and she values peace, so when working with other actors she tends to speak out when they're getting to rambunctious. Apparently, this has been true as far back as Smallville when she's on set, preparing for roles, doing her makeup, or just chilling reading a book at the studio, she will try calm things down lol.

@@SynthwaveLana that's one of the things i love about her; she doesn't try to be something else or put on a show, she is just authentically herself and doesn't shy away from it. As an introvert myself, it made me feel okay about myself and not find it to be such a hindrance. I will speak up when I feel the need but I am comfortable to be in my own space. She has joked about this before and in her panel, but being around someone as high energy, unpredictable and loud as Michael can be too much and at times stressful, I'd imagine she would need to to be by herself to recharge after working with him all day lol and just chill out with a book. You could see on earlier panels, whenever Michael would interrupt a fan asking a question and just walk off stage, or start talking to someone else, she would get embarrassed and at times even apologize to the fan or tell Michael to stop lol.

@@seriouslyzany9232 Same, Kristin has been an inspiration to me, and I've come to love her as a person just as much as the characters she plays. It's very rare you find actors/ actresses as genuine and real as her.

Achei forçado kristem falar sobre a relação de Clark com Lana ,dando um entender aos iludidos que eles se amavam ,que realmente alma gêmea ,mais Lois era uma parceira melhor!agora entendo porque esse povo lunático não param de desmerecer Lois Lane e a vejam como segunda opção,quando a própria da esse entender fica difícil,se não prestar bem atenção nas cenas e toda a história de como a relação de um terminal e a outra começa ,de como a relação de Lois foi crescendo desde o início ,com fletes ,brigas ,farpas ,ironia ,mais ela e Clark nesse mesmo tempo eles conseguiram ser parceiro , descobrir casos juntos ter uma boa dinâmica , conexão,não aquela relação já programada para começar.coko interesse amoroso como foi Lana com Clark ,a relação de Lois e Clark diferente de toda a história original eles tiveram um crescimento lento mais importante para ser algo natural ,foi uma relação que já dava sinais desde o início, Clark sempre demostrando mais ciúmes de Lois ,mesmo dizendo que não a suportava ,mais sempre estava sabotando sua relação com sarcasmo, diferente dele com Lana ,nunca vi ele realmente com ciúme de Lana ,nem desesperado,nem quando ela fingiu a própria morte ,Clark ficou triste ,mais seguiu sua vida , diferente quando Lois sumiu em 3 semanas ,isso porque eles nem estavam juntos e ele nem sabia o que realmente tinha acontecido com ela,mais ele estava sofrendo era um vazio ,pois foi perfeito a relação deles no final da 8 em diante foi construindo uma relação de amor vdd ,de como nasce realmente o vdd amor ,e não alguém como Kristin comentou que Lois ,era mais calma aceitava fácil,não gostei desse comentário ela desmereceu Lois Lane ,pra mim Kristin da para os fãs dela esse pensamento idiota e mentiroso ,pois e fosse assim a história toda que fizeram e construíram a Aparti da 8 temporada seria tudo uma mentira.
