Hi Paul, thanks for posting this and taking the time to particularly caption the port-starboard incident. To the skipper of the boat on port tack, thanks for helping me make a decision bot to compete with “sailors” like you. Pulling out at the finish does not exonerate you from such a blatant disregard of the rules and the common courtesies of yacht racing. Sail fair or get off the race track. Stupid is one thing, but dangerous and rude is unnecessary and unacceptable.
