I picked this set up from Amazon, and told my buddy I wouldn't open the pack until we did it together. It arrived today while we were at work, and after work I beat him in darts at the bar six times in a row, and he says "I'll see you Thursday ". The weirdest figure I have is the U.R.I.-NAL 9000. A resin figure of a robot urinal created by German toy designer Hauke Scheer. I also have his almost as weird Mechawhale.

Fun fact: in the swedish dub of M.A.S.K, Venom was called Cobra (due to the swedish word for venom, gift, being a really lame name for criminal group.) which led me to believe that G.I Joe and M.A.S.K were the same.

I remembered godzuki the second you mentioned it 😀, watched that quite a bit, they were reruns by then aired again in 80, 81 .. before l got into gi.joe in 82! But Cobra was here first! Hmmmm🤔🤔 .. cobra island , terrorist group , nuclear weapons , 😅 , are we sure archie Goodwin or Ron Rudat didnt watch this before that famous bring back gi.joe hasbro meeting ? Next time you sit next to Ron ask him Goji. 😎

I feel that someone was a fan of Ebirah Horror of the Deep when they pinned this script. It is basically that movie, minus Mothra and Ebirah. It is crazy that the military organization is called Cobra. But this series came out in 78. Cobra was not introduced to G.I. Joe until in 82.

I totally forgot about that episode! I loved the HB Godzilla, but for some reason, I don't remember that episode. I have some of the episodes on DVD, but that company went bankrupt and not all the episodes were released. But of the ones on the DVDs, I remember them all. Great review of a great episode from a great cartoon!

I loved 60's Jonny Quest. Simply a fantastic show. The theme song in incredible. The updated version of the theme song for the Real Adventures made the song even more EPIC! Great review, great synopsis of a great show. Your knowledge is once again second to NONE!

I loved the Real Adventures of Jonny Quest intro. One of my favourite cartoon intros. I thought the 'virtual reality' effects were so cool 😊

Never seen Johnny Quest, but have heard of it in passing. On the other hand, I love Venture Brothers. Gotta agree with you that VB definitely deserves a spot amongst the greatest animated shows ever! Alpha Base Go!

question: Is the Venture Brothers excessively crude and sexual? I have never seen it, but i think i bought a DVD season at a thrift store...season 3 i think...but to me, most of South Park is unwatchable (regrettable to watch) and while I do enjoy Beavis & Butthead, I only nibble on the episodes. I can't think of anything more crude than Southpark, but you say Venture Bros is good...is it something you would suggest for your mom to watch? I'll phrase it like that. I'm cautious about "Adult Swim" stuff. Also, I still have my Micronaut...i mean Quest World figures. They are keen.

I actually owned them quite by chance. I discovered the Godzilla gang on closeout of a local department store. I was excited and bummed to discover them and a entire series of shogun warriors metal ships and robots in various sizes. It was the last day of the sale and I wasn't able to get any of the shoguns. They were extremely cheap but I didn't have enough to get everything.

As a kid, Crasher used to scare me 😆It was that crazy laugh, and at the time her gender wasn't clear to my little mind. So that creeped me out too. Great upload.

Loved this video. I find it quite a treat whenever childhood stories are told, sharing the memories of watching cartoons, reading comics, and playing with toys.

Loving the story about the random movies they'd show the kids! Double Creature Feature sounds like you saw arguably the greatest films ever made. I don't think I've ever seen Creature from the Black Lagoon; got to remedy this...
