Watching from Blue to Red was truly devastating-it’s like forming a gentle attachment to Kazune, only to realize by the end of Red the full extent of her sacrifices and heartbreak. Going from Red to Blue would feel more relieving because you get to see Shiori living happily and Kazune finding joy with Koyomi, giving both characters a peaceful resolution. But Blue to Red pulls you deeper into the sadness of their stories, peeling back layers to reveal the sacrifices they quietly carry. It’s a hauntingly bittersweet way to experience the story.

The fact that shiori and koyomi in all the parallel universes there was not even one where they ended up together

the most infuriating thing for me is that ''to me the one who loved you'' universe, shiori and koyomi COULD STILL GET MARRIED. his dad even tells him that since they arent related by blood they could still marry each other if they wanted. So the whole accident happened because koyomi was stupid as fuck and decided to run away instead of talking with their parents. its so stupid. koyomi is stupid. I first watched Weathering With You and that became an instant favorite. Then I watched Your Name, and I loved it as it too moved me. Just as of today a few hours ago, I watched Suzume, and I loved it too. It might be rare to say but Makoto Shinkai made not only three great films, but he knows how to emotionally make anime films. Thus, I have to respectfully disagree on one part of your analysis. Hina, Suzume, and Mitsuha are all equally and emotionally invested for me. The stories are great and the development are great. Then again, if you're able to make me cry for romance, then you're doing something good.

spoiler : in every parallel world, wherever shiori and koyomi met early, shiori died and due to parallel world death she couldnt go hell or heaven she was stuck on crossroad forever

My saddest moment is when real Kaede said that Sakuta more love her other version (amnesia version) than herself (real Kaede). This is first time Sakuta become angry to her but glad he hold back.

I don't regret watching blue first. I feel like it's sadder if u watch blue last. Because by the time the blue one started you'll know that him living that life is just for the purpose of not meeting her/saving her. And watching blue first makes you enjoy the high school romance of koyomi more. Watching blue first makes you experience the happiness first, The red one is kinda depressing to begin with, I dont think I'll enjoy the romance betweennkoyomi and kazume if I started with the red. . i like both if the girls for koyomi. its hard to explain gosh haha 🥲
