Well, Paul is saying WHAT IF God prepared some for honor and some for dishonor, but he’s expecting the audience to understand God DOESN’T do that. The Jews already believed God did that. Paul is locking them, showing that if it were true, THEY would be the vessels of dishonor. Paul knows it’s not true and he expects us to understand it’s not true. See Rom 10:11-13, and 11:32.

I have been going to Valley Life Church here in Dallas, with Pastor Chris (who is an awesome Pastor).
