Thank you! So far I'm basically just loading this project up when I have the free time, and pick something to work on for this specific level starting with basic stuff and working up to the more advanced things like enemy ai

Sorry I'm a little late on the reply, but yeah, info about these was pretty scarce, I actually followed both a written guide (probably the same one) and an obscure video I found on youtube to learn where they all were, don't remember what the video was though.

No problem, the biggest upgrade imo is the stable and smoother frame rate

imo there's nothing seriously wrong with this port, has a few quirks and bug fixes from the original ps2 version. Only downside is the game speed is locked to the frame rate, so if you run it say at 120fps, the game speed is set to 200% lol

One of the first things I do, play through the game casually, just learn the game from that standpoint and just mess around a little. Then once I know what has to be done in terms of objectives and completing the game, I'll start learning the run itself. This game in particular doesn't have any tutorials as far as I know, and the PC version is quite different from the old PS2 and Gamecube versions from a speedrun stand point due to glitches that don't work in the new versions. So your best bet would be to just watch a run from the version you're playing. Also I would recommend learning in blocks. Go from the beginning and learn up to the first boss, and practice that block. Then when you're comfortable with that, do another block from that boss to the second boss. Practice that block. After a while put it together and practice everything you know up to that point from the beginning. Lastly, understand that frustration can and likely will be part of the process. It can take a while for certain things to "click" and can take a lot of practice. If you find yourself getting frustrated, take a break or practice a different section of the game, what you learn and get better at in one part, can help you in other areas. Nice catch, and thanks for pointing that out. But, so far in my experience, those drops are random, so I usually only like to rely on weapons I know I can get in every run for consistency

@@suavebeardson yeah I know how that feels when I was trying to do my ET2 run and kept hitting wrong menus/replays but it's the way it goes sometimes, I really enjoyed your Dual Run that was a great watch! GL for the rest of your runs! :)

@@jeeves_uk thanks again! *ocelot hand gesture* I've been running this on emulator for a few months and just recently got a gamecube

This one, much like the other one is a combination of a tail grab and a lasso Grab the lasso on the door, then do a tail grab to pull yarny back with a little extra force to give the door an extra oomph, then let off the tail grab slightly before the lasso, that seems to pull yarny towards the door with enough time to slip underneath it So lasso and tail grab while moving backward, release tail then release lasso The timing is a little awkward but once you figure it out it's not too difficult

After tying the first knot use L2 to do a tail grab about half way to the other knot, that'll cause the board to tilt upward, then grab the next lasso point while also holding the tail grab to keep the board up, tie the second knot and you should get a trampoline
