The ECCA Construction Trades program is for high school juniors and seniors. Students earn dual credit and learn from union trade professionals. The program is a partnership between ECCA and the East Central Illinois Building and Construction Trades Council (ECIBCTC). ECIBCTC represents union construction trades in East Central Illinois.
