might be random af. i was thinking could somebody mod this with traffic laws. like if you break a red light and police see it they’d pull you over or you get a 1 star. also got me thinking of how that’s gonna work in gta6 cause sombody somewhere said something about reputation. like if you do something bad in one part of town the npcs there are gonna remember it and act accordingly when they see you next type shit. don’t know if could be permanent or after a while they forget. but if you slep the fk out somebody but don’t kill them. if you go back to that place like hours / days later that npc gonna see you and get shook. or maybe hold a grudge and try to off you 😂 don’t know if it will be system would be thaaaaat granular… only time will tell. but with RS so you never really know what’s cooking 👨🏾‍🍳

All this would need are updated ped’s, and buildings such as the One World Trade and a few of those new commercial buildings in the financial district. They could fade out a few of the graffiti to make them look older since GTA 4 was a long time ago now and just update the surroundings from the previous game like the internet cafe, Romans taxi and his ex apartment etc… Be funny to see one of the old internet cafes boarded up or a modern building on the site of Romans old taxi rank or the first safe house apartment block just demolished or completely fixed up.
