I have the same Controller and am continuously getting an operation error every time I try to upload it to update the firmware. What is the issue?

Will this controller work with NDI HX3 cameras? (e.g. Birddog X1 Ultra)...I read that NDI HX3 was under development with this device, but not sure how current that info is?

I've spent the past 3 hours trying to setup my AVKANS LV20N using NDI through my wifi without using a LAN cable. I cannot find any clear instructions on how to do this.

Hi there, need a hand. We updated firmware in our AV-JOY-IP and our 30x camers and now we have slow pan, fast tilt, no zoom in and out on joystick, zoom out on rocker but no zoom in. :(

I just received and am trying to install this camera NDI-E20-20X. I know NOTHING about networking and I am totally lost. The CMS software did discover the camera, but the camera shows as disconnected and entering the shown IP address as a URL does not find anything. I also bought the JOY joystick and it can not find the camera. Both are set to DHCP but the camera is in hiding. Do you have a video out for a total NOOB, or would you suggest I call AVKANS? Thank you !

The Sony VISCA module preset ID's do NOT match the ID numbers in your PTZ Joystick controller. If I save a preset 1 and then try to recall preset 1 from Sony VISCA Module in Companion, it does not work. I noticed that you selected "preset 2" in your demonstration, why?? Is there an offset in numbering between the AVKANS Joystick preset numbering and the Sony VISCA "call" numbering?

Hello, is auto tracking feature build-in to LV20N cameras or is it mandatory to use auto tracking only along with CMS software (in other words whether auto-tracking will work without CMS)? My second question is whether turning auto-tracking on and off can be done directly from Avkans joystick controller with Start tracking and Stop tracking function buttons or is it needed to re-write new Vicsa codes to AVKANS joystick controller?

Thank you for your fast reply. I am actually using the smtav ptz camera. I bought a set with the controller but when I tried to open the controller it is not turning on even I connect it with the POE and power adapter.

If I record a preset that tracks camera movement (e.g. press 1 and long press PRESET) and recall it (Press 1 & long press CALL), how can I recall that tracking movement in AVKANS companion app? The normal reCALL is a short press, whereas a "tracking reCALL" requires a long press.
