Selling a business is not selling a pair of sneakers (no slight to VEJA, there is a closet full of them in my house)
That said, the selling of a business is a progression of communication - building from what the business does, to why it is desirable, to why somebody would incur more pain by not acquiring it.
In this video we discuss the three steps of this discussion and how we progress to the optimal positioning of a company seeking an exit or capital.
