How long did it take to print those walls? What are the savings, time, and money wise by using this method?
Great video as always! 👍 Just a small off-topic question: 😅 I have a set of words 🤷♂️. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). I’d be grateful for some help. 🙌
Well done coverage of a wide variety of issues, Great to hear the direction this is going. Love to see the furniture to facilitate Collaboration Communication and Creativity that is being built to develop Teams to Design. I have a few suggestions. Stay Blessed.
It'll never compete, it doesn't smell like booze or have a gambling problem.

You mention LEED buildings have come down in price. Are you sure the building codes haven't increased requirements to the point where you're effectively building a LEED building just by following the code.... So not that LEED is cheaper now, it's that "standard" construction is more expensive.
What a great interview. Thank you so much for sharing!
White house was built by black slaves.
The floor in my apartment vibrates periodically due to activities in the apartment below!? How can this be normal??
Better thicker noise-insulating windows have to be specified in urban areas!
How do the architects address families with small children residing in the multi-family buildings?? Are you aware of horrendous impact noise emanating from those apartments if the proper impact sound insulation has not been provided???
Poor sound insulation is one of the major problems in the multi-family buildings!
This lets me know I'm on the right track. Thank you.
I absolutely agree! I was thinking of something like this, 10yrs ago.. but I never knew how proceed with it. I've just been looking into similar things, and trying to figure out how to piece them together.
Interesting Conversation. Thank you for sharing.
Nice ❤️🥰
Terrific interview, RMI.
And then it explodes because you used a cellphone
These will only be sustainable if they are built in transit-oriented, mixed use developments

good question and answers ,, keep it up, i would suggest to assist us on, funding of student accommodation
Great discussion, excellent content and insight! Question/challenge- we have very easily identifiable targets for energy, water use, waste reduction, etc- but we lack an easily identifiable and achievable IEQ target that are quantifiable to challenge our design teams and clients. Any suggestions?
Thank you for the information. Well thought out presentation
All due respect, I think the architect didn’t understand the P3 question. P3 is a financing and delivery method, not creating partnerships with industry and community. P3 is extremely dangerous to districts and architects as both lose any control of the process as it is highjacked by the financier and builder to cut any corner possible to make profit. Most importantly, the architect, contractor, and owner do NOT have a direct contractual agreement, everyone is sub to the financier who only cares about profit. Ultimately the district is now in a long term mortgage with the financier that is more expensive to the tax payer in the end… Speaking from years of experience in the P3 market in Canada, it is a horrible approach that makes the owner and AE very unhappy with the process and outcome. It should never be used in a market like K12 where projects are so complex as far as program and use- maybe only to build a road or bridge. Be very careful of this!
We have many cannabis plants here. you will legally buy
I own a 28000 sf gas station in nyc and were redeveloping our site for mixed use - housing/retail
Excellent job thinking about the future
no one wants to spend their time in a friggin gas station
stop messing with cars and keep them affordable for poor people
All aspects of electric cars are cheaper than gas ones except for the battery. Battery prices are falling quickly and in five years electric cars will be cheaper, yes cheaper than gas ones upfront, with almost no maintenance and low fuel costs. Very good news for the poor. When self driving cars are here and there are self driving taxis, say in the 2030s poor people will have a very cheap transportation and won’t be stuck with mass transportation.
Anne is a great thinker and advocate for innovative approaches to old buildings
Would've been nice to see examples of their AI systems at work. Interesting convo though. Thanks
Awesome video Robert, keep up the great work!
Great interview panel! Thanks for hosting such an insightful Q&A!
