so true. this is how i legit felt during my volleyball tourney, i was all hyped up everytime we were doing well, but also started bringing myself down everytime i sold and couldnt receive the ball

I play volleyball but I cry in the locker room rather than show others my weakness 😅

this is exactly how i feel as a libero like yes its physical but for me mainly mental. and when people say volleyball is easy i say just play for the sport and really care about it and when you mess up then come back to me and tell me how you feel about the sport being easy. the worst is when you lose the game for the team by making a bad pass in defense or serve receive. sry for the really long paragraph..

Just add it is also a mental sport depending on every point pushing yourself forward even when you want to quit and if it is game point

Making mistakes in volleyball makes you feel so awful, like you let your team down. It sucks in the moment, but no one will remember after like 30 minutes.

And the last clip I just straight up bruised my hip, ribs, and knee (I couldn’t walk for two days) so I get it watching those clips may seem like I’m just whining that I messed up but you have to get context lol 😅 and this is a trend I saw on Tik Tok so I was just trying to find clips where I was really not mentally ok 🤷🏻‍♀️ sorry if I made anybody upset or think of me as a baby lol

i understand that volleyball can make you frustrated, but you can't lay on the floor and pout every time u have a bad pass. get up, and move on.
