Ketamine Explored: Why It Works and How It Feels
I’m a new grad and tomorrow is my first day (orientation) in Neuro ICU, I’m excited because I know I will learn so much and I will grow so much as a nurse and as a person. Thank you for sharing your perspectives, truly appreciate it!
They're obviously talking about unwanted K-hole experiencies. Those like me that only take Ketamine to reach the K-hole (you need to stop taking for a long period of time to reduce the tolerance), just LOVE IT. It's one of the most amazing dissociative experiencies. That, and DMT. Do a little ressearch before making up your own conclusions based on a complete lack of knowledge about the issue you think you're si sure about. It's very enjoyable for LOTS of people. If you imagine yourself feeling terrified having that "tunel" trip, speak only for yourself, man
Interesting points especially near the end. And I am sorry although being a regular listener to Joe Rogan does say a lot about a person. Own that.
Thank you so much! I was able to understand a lot more with your video!
I went deep into the hole for over 3 hours in real time. I enjoyed every second of it, I remember being in a room that was covered in rough drywall and watching myself walk around the room to an open window with sunlight shining in. I threw myself through the window and ended up in this stunning wooded grove and I was barefoot. The significance of this scene was how satisfying it felt on my feet of the crackling of leaves and sticks. I remember feeling everything I was doing in my subconscious mind as if it were real. THE BENEFIT: since that trip, I’ve achieved an amazing level of discipline and motivation through my career. I reached another level of caring about the things that truly matter towards success, specifically, I somehow came out of it and taught myself money didn’t matter anymore, just success. To make it even crazier, I’ve spent years to teach myself how to be in this mindset, it’s almost as if the trip gave me the reward of this mindset I’ve been striving for. I was also having so much social anxiety at the time and it’s like it’s completely gone. I had a couple sober friends there with me and a friend did a similar amount. I would recommend to anyone with a creative mind, and definitely be in a good place psychologically.
Ive been out of my body on ketamine (K-HOLE). I can describe it like I was a camera in the corner of the room were i was. I saw me from outside of my body while laying on my back on the couch while petting the cat that was on the ground on my right. (like if a camera was on the upper right corner of the room looking down). When I came back to reality, I felt like if a weight on my shoulder was gone. I very pleasing and nostalgic? kind of feelings.
Hi 👋🏾, do you offer tutoring for the NCLEX-RN?

You go into an elevated level of consciousness and reality. The doors of perception are cleansed and you see things for what they really are. You've attained a next level of consciousness and when you learn how to control it it is life changing
The first thing you must do is to do a prayer right in that very moment to Guide you to make the best deision for both the patient and yourself in that moment! And keep making prayer during the surgery if you go for it! And try to do EVERYTHING that you can do to save his or her before doing surgery! InshaAllah. May Allah Guide us always! And ask for Forgiveness to both the person and God, The Hakeem, Al Shaafi, The Wisest, The Healer! And remember andndnd remind that death andndnd time of death of any person is ultimately in God's Hands, but if we do something wrong, or end up murdering someone under the table, but with the good intention to try and help them, and pray that the person and their friends and family forgive you! Ameen!
I enjoyed the two years I worked in the ICU. I learned a lot about managing critical patients. The nurse to patient ratio was good. I ended up transitioning to emergency medicine mainly because of my desire to work in chaos and try to construct order from that chaos. I still rely on the critical care knowledge I acquired in the ICU, but see more trauma and variability of clinical presentations in the E.D. I'd say I was involved in more code situations in the ICU, but there's a whole lot more gore in the emergency department. I guess it comes down to what you like. There is one certainty though: You can get a job anywhere once you have a couple of years of ICU or ER experience as a nurse. Especially if you have your CCRN and/or CEN.
Im getting ready to do registry too but I worry about knowing all of the computer emar systems. You go in cold turkey every day which when I did registry 9 yrs ago
I don’t like the excuses many of people work in high stress careers but their not whores. I work twice as much as a nurse but I’m not out cheating and bagging women left or right. It is a lack of morals and poor character period!!
For a long time I was worried about who would we hand off the torch to…not so much thank you bravo…be mindful that your career is over before you blink. Enjoy every day and save your coin……….When you stop loving it and stop having fun it’s time………40 years in and loved every stinkin moment of it …every one…….
Talking to fucking fast!!
I have no way to describe it. It’s like everything goes sideways the world doesn’t exist anymore nothing means anything anymore and I’m just going round and round no way to explain it even 1% that will make sense
You should look at what is happening in Malta also. Apparently Steward went in different countries and made a bunch of hospitals fail, of course pocketing the money. In Malta, Europe, a country that is 25 miles across, they stole 400 million from public coffers. You can find a bunch of articles online
How else are rich white men going to buy their wices uselesslsy expensive purses ?
As a male nursing student, I’ve wondered about men in this field. This was the most informative forensic nursing video I have seen
Using this for an essay on this topic, great work! thanks!
I’m in radiology and I travel with AYA. I just been given the two week notice . I’m finding out why tomorrow. Basically it will be ending two weeks early. I hate this contract so I’m fine with that and I can just take a month off for the holidays. There are still a lot of contracts out there but there are def plenty of cons !
Having control while in the Shade is where the magic happens, it's the in-between place where there are secrets to unlocking parts of your brain that are unaccessible otherwise. The key is to remain calm and be present. I know that sounds like gibberish to people that haven't experienced it, but I also know there are plenty of people out there that will know exactly what I'm talking about. Be well and be safe, test your substances before blindly injesting them. See ya on the other side.
How do you " get control" in your k hole???.I am really curious What triggers it?? " I" was so spaced out ,.there s no chance I can control anything. The k is riding the journey
Bro can you say what are all the mafia behind this
I feel like a K hole is inevitable.. It's something that you get through with support..Having someone there to just remind you that everything is okay.
I feel like you can't prevent going into a k-hole. I feel like that's an experience that's going to happen and it really depends on how you handle it in the mindset that you're in. If you have someone there with you and you say out loud that something doesn't feel right that person should be able to come to you and say everything's okay it's going to be okay you know just you're safe and that's about it.
What confuses me is this. If you're not ingesting it and you're taking atrocious by merely swirling it in your mouth........... Then how does the dosage matter? Again if you're going to spit it out anyways and it's not making it past your mouth how does it matter then if it is 50 mg or 300 mg? I'm just wondering because it doesn't make sense to me. I had 300 initially which was way too much for me on the first go and I swallowed it around my mouth for 15 minutes and it was so strong I killed it over and I couldn't move and I basically fell asleep for almost 2 days. But then I took 80 mg and it was almost the same so I'm just kind of confused.
so excited about this, I started my nursing path with the idea of aesthetics being the end goal, but after my first year I realized I wanted to be involved in criminal justice. At first thought oh I should be a forensic scientist! but this, forensic nursing, is my calling! thanks for the interview.
I think that this can be a positive or negative depending on the situation. Men are better at delivering certain things, women better at others. Probably a lot of middle ground too, though
I would say I have come across as male nurses seem to be less bitchy.
Omg. Today was my first k hole lolol 😂 I learned how to let go! I'm happy I experienced it! isn't it also called ego death?
I always feel like a veil is removed, and I see an alternative world…
Good content 🎉 Makes me miss hospital life a little bit but at the same time don’t miss the stress and overwhelm of it all! I work in home health now and am traveling within that niche. It’s fun!
Hopefully they bring the pay up for medics since they’re capable of so much more independently
Only 600 something views On this video is insane. But Thankyou for the info man
I’m in absolute horror this popped up in my feed. This is on another level of brain rot I can’t even fathom. I’m in shock my life has really come to this lol.

You’re right, it's a fact that quitting booze not only makes your world a better place to be in, good things start to “magically” happen and the energy is insane! Steffon Barkload's stuff, that’s the best shortcut I go’ogled that took less than a week to work without suffering withdrawal.
Thank you..
The Intra-aortic balloon pump inflates based on a trigger which can be the EKG inflating in the T-wave, or fiber optic/arterial line with inflation on the dichrotic notch, or by pressure sensing which is used for CPR and asystole patients. The reason is inflates when the aortic valve is closed is because that is the diastolic phase of the cardiac cycle which is when the coronary arteries are perfused. The balloon also causes a vacuum effect when it inflates and deflates that unloads the ventricle and reduces afterload. The balloon pump will almost never cause a rupture of the aorta, especially if it inflates while the aortic valve is open, as you mentioned. This would be due to mistiming of the inflation trigger and it would cause a significantly elevated afterload, increase stress on an already failing left ventricle, and cause back flow into the right-heart system. -Critical Care Physician

I almost went into a K hole at work. It's terrifying if you are trying to function normally. Moral of the story. Don't do K when you are in public.
