Elizabeth is one of those people who can't make a decision if her life depended on it. There's no way she's buying a property in Spain. She just can't make up her mind. And she really doesn't know what feng shui is, does she. And I like how this show has (what appears to be) unscripted moments, like the naked man walking by, and the 2 guys not showing up for any more viewings. It gives the show a certain charm. Wow, both clients' requests were totally ignored by both sets of realtors. A waste of time for everyone. And Manual obviously does not prepare the homes for viewing prior to showing them. He comes across as being clueless. Gets lost, forgets the keys. Not prepared at all. I'm surprised his family lets him out on his own. Thanks for the upload.

Sue refused to consider the property that was 210k because it was over budget, then she said that she would consider properties that were over budget after viewing the third property. She wasn't buying a property. She was wasting everyone's time. Thanks for the upload.

That 1st house was stunning

The 1st house was really nice. It was smart, cute and move in ready. The 3rd one at less than 100k was more value for money and also had a good location.

I loved the 1st property. I would update the kitchen and bathroom. I don't mind the narrowness of the living space.

Even though other houses weren't shown, this one was nice for it's price.

The views in the 3rd property was amazing and the living room was spacious but i didn't like the layout plus it needs a lot of work. Since i didn't hear the price, i will go for the 1st house. I preferred it to the 2nd.

I think I would pick the 1st one. It was cheaper, modern and had that rooftop outdoor space. I can compromise on the location to get more value for money & stay within budget.

I loved the 1st house. The roof top celerium is a perfect place to put a hot tub.

If they could compromise on proximity to neighbours, that 3rd house is perfect. It needs little to no updates, had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, was below budget and already has a communal pool.

That last house was beautiful and the best choice out of the 3

I would choose that 2nd property out of the 3. It had the most value for money and was below budget.

For the old lady with 3 dogs, I would have picked that 1st property. It was beautiful and picturesque, very clean and modern, my ideal property.

I loved the 1st apartment. It was the cheapest out of the 3, so closest to her budget, had modern finishes, and was turn Key.

Initially, walking in, I didn't like the 2nd property, but the price, views, and jacuzzi sold it for me.

I would go for the 1st one out of the 3

That last property was a true winner and I would have picked it as well. It had the best location, amazing views, modern and updated, a 2nd bathroom which the 1st didn't have and was also below budget.

Would pick the 3rd property and update the bathroom.

The 1st house was beautiful. While I loved the lower price point and separate apartment feature of the 3rd house, coupled with the lack of road noise, I would choose the 1st one

I liked the 1st property more than the others. Ir was the cheapest and closest to her budget, had the 2 bathrooms she wanted and was modern, needing no updates.

I would try to get the 2nd property that was 120 for 110 or less, then try to get one of the 70k properties for 60 or less since the budget was 170k.

I loved that last property as well. It was cheaper than property 1 and had an extra bathroom plus right there on the beach with fantastic views.

That last house the couple saw was nice. I, too, would compromise for a high-tech modern bathroom if the location is great and there is a swimming pool.

For the older couple, I would pick the 1st house; for the other house hunters, I would pick that 3rd property.

I would pick the 3rd property as well. It needs updating especially the kitchen and bathroom (would change the tub into a shower) but like eve pointed out, with the communal pool, price and location, it had the best value for money above the others.

That show home was stunning. With enough money you can always buy your dream home.

For both house searches, I would go with the 3rd property they saw. For the single woman, I liked that the 3rd property was in a gated community with amenities. It needed a little updating but was essentially move-in ready. I would, however, make that utility space into a small bathroom with laundry and put a sofa bed in the living room. Yes, it might not be ideal for people to walk through the kitchen to get to the restroom, but it is a little compromise when you have that beautiful outside space and amenities. As for the couple, the 3rd property had everything and more: a bigger and brighter living space and kitchen, a good price, and an unbeatable rooftop solarium.

House #2 for Amy...the bed covering in the main bedroom is blue...she says she doesn't like blue...well lady, not sure if everything in the house comes with the house, like the linens and towels and everything in the house like decorations and have to keep them? Don't like the color, put new comforters and blankets on your bed....and a repeat in property #3...blue flowers on the plates...big deal lady...buy all white stuff if you don't like blue....picky, picky picky...wants everything with a small budget eay too small for her huge wish list
