Sharing My Unfortunate Experience with a Training Provider I feel compelled to share a recent experience with a training company that turned out to be disappointing and unprofessional. My intention is to caution others who might consider their services. Initially, the company assured me that they had highly qualified trainers and shared an impressive syllabus, which convinced me to enroll and pay the fees. However, things quickly went downhill: False Promises on Trainer Availability: They claimed the trainer was ready and classes could start immediately, but it took over a week for them to find someone. The first assigned trainer couldn’t conduct sessions due to health issues, leading to more delays. Unprofessional Training Experience: After nearly three weeks, they assigned a trainer who lacked practical knowledge. Sessions were poorly conducted-simply reading from PowerPoint slides, without meaningful engagement or practical demonstrations. The trainer often dismissed my questions, saying they would be addressed later, but they never were. Misleading Syllabus and Poor Communication: The syllabus promised practical sessions, but I was told these only meant showing screenshots of practical work, not actual hands-on training. Despite my offers to provide a dedicated server for practice, they refused and continued insisting on impractical solutions. Refusal to Refund: After two unsatisfactory sessions (one being just an introduction), I requested a refund. Their response was dismissive and unprofessional, stating I could continue with the same trainer or accept the situation, but no refund would be provided. Throughout this ordeal, communication was inconsistent and evasive. Calls and messages were often ignored, and when I reached someone, they only offered empty assurances. My Takeaway: This company appears to operate on a model that prioritizes profits over professionalism, outsourcing training to unqualified freelancers without vetting their expertise. Their promises of high-quality training are misleading, and their approach is deeply unprofessional. I want to highlight this so others can make informed decisions before trusting their time and money to such providers. It’s essential to verify a company’s credibility and trainer quality upfront to avoid situations like this. For those who have faced similar issues, I encourage you to share your experiences to create awareness and hold such companies accountable.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an urgent matter regarding the outstanding payment for MuleSoft Learning Programs , as per agreed upon by both parties. As you are aware, all deliverables outlined were completed and submitted within the specified timelines. Despite meeting all the agreed-upon requirements and deadlines, the payment for these services remains pending. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue through reminders and direct communication with the concerned department, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. Given the circumstances, I kindly request your immediate intervention to facilitate the processing of the pending payment. It is crucial for both parties to honor the agreed terms to maintain a positive and productive working relationship. Please let me know if there are any further details or documentation required from my end to expedite the payment process. I am keen to resolve this matter swiftly and amicably.

Fraud institute Beware of ACTE Institute: A Fraudulent Organization Exploiting Trainers and Misleading Students I had a deeply disappointing experience with ACTE Institute. As a professional trainer, I conducted sessions for their students, expecting fair compensation as agreed upon. Unfortunately, ACTE failed to honor their commitment and did not pay me for my services. This not only reflects their unethical practices but also exposes their blatant disregard for the professionals who contribute to their success. ACTE Institute is deceiving both trainers and students alike. They lure trainers with promises of timely payment but then conveniently avoid their responsibilities. If they can treat their trainers this way, one can only imagine the shortcuts they might be taking with their students' education. This institute is nothing but a scam, exploiting both sides to maximize their profits. If you're considering engaging with ACTE Institute, whether as a trainer or a student, think twice. There are many reputable institutions out there that value integrity and professionalism-unfortunately, ACTE is not one of them. Avoid ACTE Institute at all costs. Their unethical practices and dishonesty are not worth the risk.

When you have a worst narrator then its actually a waste of time to make a course. the mic used is of so low quality. Stupid. Small advice to you lady: Slow the fuck down, talk slowly, think that the person watching has no idea what DQ etc are in the beginning. you need to tell first.
