    Celluma gave you a very scientific response. You are trusting a measuring device WITHOUT KNOWING IF IT HAS BEEN VALIDATED as an accurate measuring device ! You might be using a device that is PURE JUNK to measure your EMFs. Where is your proof that your measuring device is reliable? It is analogous to measuring your blood pressure with an inaccurate device and forming conclusions about treatment. You are the one making these claims so you need to provide the evidence. There are many layers to your concerns. What electromagnetic frequencies are you being exposed to when using Celluma? What evidence do you have that exposure to those frequencies harms your health? The problem is that you seem out of your league analyzing these matters. You have the right to do as you please, but you are an example of unreliable information on You Tube. For the record, I have no ties to Celluma but You Tube's algorithm brought me to this video because I am researching Red light therapies. I do care about science, and about proper and accurate data analysis. Your video falls far short of the standard.

    • @TheMidlifeGal
      @TheMidlifeGal 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      How can you say that my measuring device has not been validated? if you are going to make a blanket statement like that you should be able to back it up. I did back mine up. Also, how can you say that the measuring device that Celluma uses to test the level of EMF's in their device has been "validated" as well? Why would you assume the consumer is wrong the manufacturer is right? If being concerned about my health puts me out of my league (as you say) then what qualifies you to comment on this video?

      @@TheMidlifeGal Your response clearly shows what a feeble mind you have. You don't seem to understand analysis, experimental science and data or apparently anything mathematical. You gave garbage fear mongering using an unvalidated device. No YOU have to provide the data. YOU are the one making the garbage claims. YOU are the one raising concerns about the Celluma product. What qualifies me to comment? An advanced science degree plus advanced math/data/statistical knowledge and the fact that I watched your video. If you do not want people to call you out then do not go public on You Tube! Capiche??

    Can a sauna by itself without these vitamins detox your body

      Yes, sweating is one of the ways our body gets rid of toxins. Using the sauna on a regular basis is good for this but please remember that you do not want to deplete your body either. I always bring a large glass of purified water into the sauna with added electrolytes.

    I am concerned about this so I am looking at the panels from this video…. th-cam.com/video/ZA94S2LQm2I/w-d-xo.htmlsi=N7tf7ksw5xrfZFPd He does have higher end testers. So a lot of the devices on amazon are not as accurate as the international standards. However the standards in canada are not within the limits of what is actually safe… the corruption is that out of control. It is legal to give us a higher dose than known to be healthy for our bodies so your paranoia is correct. I looked up “canada emf safety standards”. Health canada is saying there is know known threshold for adverse health!!! Which is just not true, that is just pure corruption…. I hope that helps, my dad is a scientist and I worked in his lab for a time so I get phds in a way few do. Lots of the scientists don’t understand the corruption and just believe things told to them and its time they wake up for the health of us all.

    You really need to be talking to a Menopause expert. You don’t take estriol for menopause or pre-menopause, you take estradiol like the divigel , but it is incredibly important to take progesterone with it! Please start studying Mary Claire Haver. She just wrote the book The New Menopause. She’s the most popular TH-camr on this subject. Highly recommend listening to her videos!

      Hello, yes I work with the top hormone doctors in North America. Estradiol is a much stronger form of estrogen and I would not advise anyone to take it without getting lab work done first. That said it can be a life saver for some people when the time is right. Women in midlife have varying symptoms like brain fog, vaginal dryness, anxiety etc. You need to get your labs done but also look at your symptoms as well to determine what type of estrogen/progesterone you need as well as the dose.

    • @TheMidlifeGal
      @TheMidlifeGal หลายเดือนก่อน

    hey Tina I saw the videos on your channel. Your video content is excellent. To grow & increase the view of your channel you need to optimize your videos. Inspite all of your efforts videos are not being viewed. Video SEO Score is very low. The title, Description, and Tags are not SEO-friendly. many other problems are found on your TH-cam Channel. If your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are SEO friendly then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. Do you want to improve those problems and grow your TH-cam Channel?

    Gosh I’m sorry but these are horrible blanket recommendations. People could make themselves way worse following this advice. People with HI or MCAS need personalized medical advice and testing not a bunch of random supplements which could cause anything from more histamine reactions to estrogen dominance to salicylate issues to oxalate dumping etc…

      I am not here to diagnose anyone. I am here to offer suggestions that people can look into. Not everyone has a deep rooted medical condition. Some people simply have allergies. It is up to you to dig further into your own medical issues and determine what is best for you. The recommendations themselves are not "horrible." They are backed by studies.

    • @TheMidlifeGal
      @TheMidlifeGal 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not a stupid question at all! I guess it depends on what is considered "Sensitive eyes." I have a histamine intolerance and sometimes that comes out in my eyes. I can say I have never had any problems with this particular mascara. Hope that helps!

    • @TheMidlifeGal
      @TheMidlifeGal 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It would depend on what is causing your Gastritis. This is a basic protocol so you would likely have to dig deeper into your diet as well as possibly get some further testing done. If it is a bacteria infection then you would need to go further than this protocol. All of these supplements can be taken in the morning (with or without food). If you are taking medication then always check with your doctor to make sure there are no contradictions.

    Thank you for making this video which really opens up a new area of research on those beauty devices. I’m in dilemma now because I tried LED light treatments and it worked so well on my skin. I just read something that LED mask doesn’t seem giving greater EMF exposure than having long convo on the phone. Have you by any chance tested on your phone as well? Was the reading similar or Celluma is way higher? That would be really helpful. Thanks!

    • @TheMidlifeGal
      @TheMidlifeGal 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I have tested my phone. When the phone is just sitting there and not being used it is low. When I call someone on my phone then it bumps up to the red zone. The reading on the Celluma pad was slightly higher then my phone. That being said you are placing this directly on your body in order for it to work the way it claims to work. With a cell phone you do not have to put this right up to your ear (and I advise that you do not). I am not suggesting that the cell phone is safer but I am saying that you can monitor how close it is to your body. I always use my phone on speaker so it is away from my head. You have to ask yourself if adding yet another devise with high EMF is wise for your health. Hope that helps!
