Has anyone checked to see if the president can be impeached for actively attacking the Constitution like trump is trying to remove birthright citizenship. Signing an executive order trying to strike it down when he has taken an oath to the constitution. If things are to be changed, amended, or otherwise, I am certain there is a legal processes to do that other than trying to vaporize the constitution.
