This is so reminiscent of early 1970's Stones, it could easily have been included on Sticky Fingers. The rhythm section is precise, tight and powerful. Like Led Zeppelin but with better musicians. The 2 guitarists also invite comparison with 1970s Stones. The magic that occurred when Mick Taylor joined the Stones was by far their best era. It was gone after Taylor left and not there when Brian Jones was in the band. These 2 guitarists are much better musicians than the Stones and make magic together. The richness and power of their sound is not to be believed. I hesitate to bring up the Stones again, but "Struttin" has a similarly powerful melodic 'hook' as the Stones 'Tumbling Dice'. Struttin' is seductive, powerful and exciting with a Rock & roll hook that consumes you with joy and is just plain thrilling. Last and far from least the voice, WOW. Fantastic singing with a unique and perfect for Rock & Roll voice. Unlike any I've heard. Add an energized, electrifying performance and you'll be asking yourself "How can these people not be the biggest group in the world?" In a time of relatively insipid music, mediocre vocals, repetitious compositions and overproduction, this towers over most everything I've seen after 1972. PURE Rock & Roll played with excitement and mastery. Kudos and thank you so much Nikki et al!
