I made an error in solving #3 in this video. I mistakenly copied x^4 as x^2 and that caused me to incorrectly state where the function was decreasing. The function is actually decreasing for x greater than or equal to 2 NOT 14. I have made the correction in my written notes.
At about the 6:44 mark I say "negative 4" when I should have said "positive 4". The actual calculation is correct, though.

In solving Question #2 (at about 23 minutes into the video) I say the units are feet per second. The units should instead be feet per minute.
NOTE (MISTAKE IN VIDEO): In Example #5 I forgot to change the upper limit to 9 after the u-substitution. The limit remains the same, though.
