Literally the most minute detail, but I found myself wondering if the Deetze’s could see the Maitland’s at the end of the show, and at what point could they start to see them. They couldn’t see the ghosts before because they didn’t believe in them, but obviously they started to believe after BJ scared them at the dinner party. And at 1:53 you can see Otho jump back slightly when the Maitland’s enter, so to me, this is the turning point where everyone alive SEES them for the first time
