I present one solution to fix this control panel. I have used fibre glass to join or strengthen the panel. I have demonstrated this on a new panel. Unfortunately, due to a design fault many panels are being broken. Maybe Volvo needs to recall these panels as it is very easy to make them stronger and less panels will fail!

I have a Delonghi Magnifica S is dumping water into the coffee grounds container I am trying to find a solution to this problem, could it be the O RING that's also an with it?
It could be the O ring - I cannot say for sure.
@@DavidLevi-k1 opened it up and found a crack in the Delonghi Brew Piston Infuser and can see it leaking, this will need replacing like yours. I am in the UK so will see if I can buy a replacement part! thanks for the video its great!!

some printers dont have a maintenance counter reset. their maintenance box doesnt have a printer (i.e. et-2760). for those the issue is cumbersome. the problem with the counter in the printer for some epson printers is that the manufacturer cannot trust the users to reset when a new box has been installed, so they do not have a menu option to reset the counter (a big liability in case ink overflows). Don;t download 3rd party software to hack the manufacturer software as you open doors for all sorts of possible intended or accidental malware. Don't ever disable malware protection on your devices to make life "EASIER". It may never be so easy after that. You will need to find an authorized repair place near you to get them to use a company provided reset code The process can take 24 hours. They usually charge $35 for this service. They may do additional checks/cleaning while doing that for you. In my case I bought the maintenance kit from epson (with the chip for $10 free ship) so the service place did not charge for it, but if you ask them to replace it too they may charge extra ($20). your future printer with tank should be one that uses the cartridge with a chip as that confirms the real replacement got done and so the printer options would have means to reset the counter. I think I will sell the printer on ebay and buy another one with the reset feature in the future. I will refrain from the head cleaninhg as much as I can, as I did quite a few in the last 14 months of ownership. Regular use should unclog any minor dry ink from low use. if anyone needs a good printer repair place to reset the counter that can do this reset in MD (DC area) let me know by reply.

You can only clean the outer two and not the central one.

You haven't notice the small amount of water on top of the piston, was it a small leak? Have you forget to clean the condensation output on the left front side, lots of lime scale?

Battery is under the flap. Any 12v Battery will do - try and get the highest AMP rating and make sure it will FIT in the battery box. (Measure the box)

First of all, thank you for sharing you knowledge! After I replaced the o-rings and put it back together to make the test, the unit turns on (but not flushing water through) and the red light “Triangle !” comes on. I have tried to turn off, take electricity of the plug in the wall. Any suggestions?

I find the middle blades are jumping out on me. I can pop them back into the Shaver and just power it on, and they still pop out. It's gotta be a manufacturing fault.
The 2 middle ones (Gold & Silver) MUST be put back in the right order! They both have 2 clips each. Therefore, FOUR clips/tabs, fitted side by side to slot into the bay. If any one is in the wrong order they will keep falling out. Also, the gold one is to the rear of the shaver, when holding it in your hand. I hope this help, but I fear you may have broken the clips/tabs.
@WasteInkPads thank you for that info that's really useful info. I'll try and pull it apart and see if I can fix it using your video. There is alot of Amazon reviews of others having the exact same issue so I believe braun needs to address this as it didn't happen with my original and 2nd replacement blades. Issue my seems to he with my last 2 blades which typically break within 3-8 months but braun seems to he just replacing them.
Yet to pull it apart but I think I know the fault. The gold blade has 2 silver metal hook tabs that hook onto the bottom foil blade. Over time it I think it bends or stretches getting dragged up and down your face shaving leaving enough gap to pop out. I still just need to pull it apart and bend it back towards the bottom foil blade so it has less free play but I think that's going to be the fix
Update I fixed it!! Thank you 😊 The two outer foil blades keep the two inner blades from popping out. If the inner blades (gold and silver middle blades) pop out it's because their metal hooks have become bent and loose causing them to pop out. The fix: follow the video but bend the inner blades connected to the foils out again to be more secure with the outside foil blades.

Hi, Thanks a lot for all your vid I bought my DeLonghi Magnifica XS from Costco MN 120 v - 60 HZ 1250 W Type ECAM 22110 B P= 1.5 MPa (15 bar) When I took it to North Africa and by mistake I plugged it in 220 V I smelled little burning. I still can turn it on I can hear the coffee grinding all screen look good with green and yellow light but it doesn't dispense water nor a coffee. Please help.
Sorry, I am no expert! I just fixed my machine and made a video of it, to include any mistakes I made, so others can avoid the mistakes and maybe assist them in fixing their machines. You seem to have an electrical problem and fused part of the circuit. Take it to a local repair person, Good luck!

The foils on the sides that are not coming apart for me, it’s the gold and silver bars that keep coming apart for me.
The outer silver (curved foils) should lift straight out. It is possible that dried debris is holding the foils down. The inner gold and silver bars, will not lift out as they have tabs underneath. It is not necessary to remove the inner bars. You can easily clean them with a brush or even under water. If the inners bars have fallen out and will not return - it is probably due to the tabs being broken. It may also mean that you are trying to return them in an inverted position and may need to rotate them and put then in the opposite position. I hope this helps.
This video is about putting the blades back together after cleaning them. It is very rare for the need to replace the blades. I have seen the blades being sold on eBay. I hope this helps.

Hi, Thank you for your interest in this video! At 1:56 you will see that I pull apart from the sides. But the blades will not fall apart in this position! You need to have this top part facing down, so with gravity, the blades will fall apart! (It is difficult to film under the blades while pulling apart the sides!)

Hi David. A wonderful video. Its fantastic. Have you any suggestions on replacing the Hall Sensor. The grinder works fine although its not grinding long enough. I reset the system and it grinded too much coffee first time and i chmaged the strength and it produced the best cup of coffee since buying this machine. After this cup the grinding once again became very quick producing very weak coffee. Ive done some research and its most likely a faulty hall sensor. Any help or advive would be greatly appreciated
Sorry, I won't be able to help you. I had never seen the inside of one of these before! So I opened it (before making the video) and realised the generator was cracked. I ordered it from ebay. Then I thought I would make a video while replacing it. I was sure I would make lots of mistakes, but others can avoid my mistakes and probably manage to fix their machine. Hello. After 6 years using the machine coffee taste got very bad. Used coffee tablets residue are not whole and wet. I've changed the brewing piston and all O rings, cleaned everything inside. Coffee taste got better and the coffee tablets are still broken and very wet. What is the reason can be? Thanks

Great video but it’s confusing when @ 2:03 you try to say you pull and they fall off the video skips. That’s the only issue but thank you for posting and helping out
Thank you for your comment! Every question/comment will aid someone in fixing their problem. Sorry, that the video did skip at that point! The videos was made to help people to re-assemble the blades. There are 2 tabs on each side of the blade assembly - when these are pulled apart the assembly will eject out. Furthermore, the outer casing will only allow the blade to be inserted one way and not if they are turned 180 degrees.
I'm sorry, but I can't find these tabs you're referring to on each side of the assembly. I can't take the outer case off. Please show a picture or video of this.
@@daliscwbys1 I have exactly the same problem. I also cannot find the "tabs referred to, and don't know where to grab/apply pressure to "pull apart". All I can see in the video is fingers covering the sides. It's a great shame, because the inability to get the assembly out makes the advice in the rest of the video (which seems very useful...) essentially irrelevant. The reply to another comment below says "just pull apart the outside frame". But it is made of metal, there is nothing to grab hold of and I cannot figure how to pull it apart.
@@joemalvik me too. I can pull the sides apart but it is still attached to the short sides. Guess ill need to buy another head
1.48. better to move cover back about cm1 backward, both sides. Then undo the 2 side screws holding the lid on. This will help prevent damage to the catches at the top and bottom on the side panels. 2.35 after removing the steamer control pull the grinder control, located under the coffee lid, but pulling straight up. Only then lift the lid followed by the side panels. Remember DON'T LIFT LID IF SIDE PANELS ARE NOT MOVED BACK ABOUT 1cm. The cracked, yellow see through part, can be bought independently although as the price isn't much cheaper that's up to you. An advantage of the complete new unit is all the o rings are new.

How do you take apart,? You just said you pull it apart but then it skipped over how to take the silver part off the black part.
If you look at 1:57 - just pull apart the outside frame and they all fall out. Another thing that I forgot to mention: When all the blades are pushed back in - they will only go in one way! If you rotate the outer frame - they will not (hold) into the frame and keep falling out! I hope this information helps you!
At 3:16 I picked up the frame and made a WRONG statement! I said: "It does not matter which way you put the frame" the reality is, it DOES MATTER! If wrong way - then the blade will keep falling out!
