I figured out In Canada people are willing and happy to take custody of children. But in pakistan people are facing financial difficulties so they are not happy to get custody of children. Overall i think, Ap jesay parents ki waja say bachay mentally mareez ban jaty hain or mashary ko disturbed karty hain.
