I think teddy bees wax is the latest craze but in reality from watching videos at a later date people are saying it’s light or smells Different ??? Just like Vintage chic scents was A fad and now ,no one mentions her because her wax is so light

oh wow I didn't know you cancelled your scentsy club! I have a few back ups of Joy and Wonder also - its a lovely scent!! It reminds me of the winter version of BBW Wine Cellar. Yes, storybook christmas smells funky to me from the first sniff I got mine last week. When I gave it second/third sniff it was a little bit better.

I love holiday but now I think I love Christmas past on warm more. I agree storybook Christmas smells off now and I just got a tub. I think it’s the vanilla

I had the same issue with pumpkin pie pound cake by KFS I had to destash it. It reminded me of zucchini bread too much..

I can't do spice with bakery scents 😅😅 the spice takes over.

I’ve thought about the clamshells vs. bags longevity too and it seems to me that contained wax in general stores better. Whether that be in clamshells, scent shot cups, or candle jars. Think how long you can store a good scented candle. Years! And I’ve found that scent shot cups store really well because they’re contained. Example - I have wax from Kaes in chunk bags that the scebt fades faster than her old scent shot cups. Same formula but a different way of storing the finished product. Same with empire alchemy. I struggle with their bags of wax but man those scent shot cups hold fragrance really well when I tried them years later. Clamshells in ST seem to last longer than the bam bags. These are all vendors I’ve tried and tested.

Hi Lexi! I ran out of time with my November melting basket too. I ended up getting sick and that put my nose out of commission as far as being able to smell things as strongly as normal and got to the point that it seemed a waste to struggle with my smell goods. That got me backed me up on melting, editing, and filming! You know how it goes. SMM Apple Crumble Pie was one of the scents I warmed while I was sick, so I'm not sure that I got the best read on it. I do find it not easy to find a legit baked apple scent that I enjoy. Oh girl, KFS Pumpkin Pie Pound Cake is life.😂 I like to try hyped up scents too. Sometimes it works out, and sometimes it doesn't. It's still cool to figure it out, right? I guess I haven't really thought about whether clams or bags hold scent better over time. Good question! I'm worried too about how much wax I've got to carry over to next year. I have no one to blame but myself. 😥 Girllllll, no snow here in Central Virginia yet... but OMG, it is sooooooooo cold. In the 20s, like the wind is just piercing. Like winter is upon us no matter what the calendar says! I feel like Goose Creek has cut back on their wax melt offerings. I could be wrong, but it seems that way. They did recently have a $1.99 sale, which I was surprised to see, but IMO, there just weren't enough to put together a good order so I didn't. I recently melted RG Cookie Butter Coma and it came off super perfumey to me. I'm wondering if I got the wrong scent. It was in a sample bag just like yours (I didn't order it), but I was shocked at how body care it smelled to me because I was totally expecting gourmand. I'm scared to try Deer Camp because of the dirt note.😂 My tree has been naked, just lights, since this past weekend. You want to come decorate it for me? 😂 Can't wait to see your December melting basket!

I'm the same with plum scents. I love them, and don't see them often, so when I do I have to pick them up! That's funny how differently we pick up scent notes...lol! I grabbed smoked plum as well, and I smelled the plum, cinnamon sugar, and sugar cookie the most, and didn't really get the charred wood, on cold. I also picked up a souffle of Strawberry Snowfall, and on cold I didn't get any mint note. I smelled a creamy, sweet, vanilla strawberry. Smelled like a strawberry milkshake to me. I didn't smell any of the woods. I'm happy with all of the scents I chose (6 souffles), but my top 3 were: 1. Smoked Plum 2. Holy Night 3. Strawberry Snowfall :) Nice haul!

If it’s not on your rts list, I highly recommend picking up Tobacco + Smoked Spruce. If you like Old World Apothecary, Warlord, or Dark Wings + Dark Words, I think you’d like it too.

Winter Farmhouse is one of her best scents. It has been duped by other vendors since she put it out there first, but I still think hers is the most beautiful iteration. Coven is a scent I fell in love with during the last RTS when she offered it first. And Ghosts of Xmas Past is unlike any other Christmas scent I have ever smelled (and I smelled a lot lol). A very niche scent

I am so happy that this was your best preorder ever, Lexi! I will wait until next year to order from Teddy Bees, but many of the scents sound amazing! Also, the time stamps were so useful! I haven’t seen Game of Thrones and probably won’t. However, my aunt has Whippet dogs and she knows someone who did a Game of Thrones themed litter. Happy melting!

this was my biggest pre order- picked up Salem, dracarys, stay spooky, storybook christmas, old school christmas, pink moon, team apple, fall in love, October lane, sugared chestnuts and apple butter, christmas trees and cream + crushed candy canes, simply christmas, and ocean. I need to rein it in so I won't be participating in the pre order but Vintage and old world apothecary sound very intriguing!!

Also, I recommend Little Shop on the Corner as semi similar to Autumnal Dream. It's a true black tea and tree (spruce and cedarwood) blend with notes of fig, spiced winter fruits, nutmeg, pinecone and tonka. Try a souffle, I think you may really like it!

I sniffed my order along with you haha. Autumnal Dream was quite unique, and wow, was your description SPOT ON! It 1000% does smell like an upscale furniture store with a bit of tea or spice (could be the cardamom listed?). You also brought me a scent memory when you mentioned Vanilla Fields, as my mom also used to wear it (I think it might have been by Coty?). Wish they still made it! I don't think I'll go in to the RTS, as I'm trying to cut back on wax buying since I have so much and it def starts to lose scent after a couple years. Plus, I already have a lot of the apple/pumpkin bakery spice and Christmas tree/spice type blends I need to get through. Glad you found lots of new loves this preorder ❤

Great order!! We got sooo many of the same ones! I really love Old World Apothecary as well!! I have a feeling that many of these will transform so much on warm!! She comes up with amazing scents for the last preorder of the year!! She keeps topping each one! So many complex blends this time! The majority of my order were all new to me as well!! I really love The Vanillas so much and love Smoky Vanilla+ Cranberry Woods (wish I had gotten a bigger size) I didn’t get Troy but I wish I had grabbed that one!
