The Science of Sleep: What REALLY Happens While You Sleep?
I decided to take a closer look at the complex integration of the human body's physiological processes and the multifaceted role sleep plays in our lives, and this video is the result. This video explores sleep, REM and why people dream. It also explores how sleep affects brain activity, mood and the body's ability to heal and recover; why healthy sleep is important and what the consequences are when we don't get enough sleep. These questions can be general questions about the characteristics of sleep, but they can also include sleep disorders or events that occur during sleep, so I have also mentioned this in the video.

Lies Lies Lies. CO2 follows temperature rise, temperature has always risen after each periodical little ice age, Usually 4-5 degrees. Previous little ice age ended around 1870. Did you know they were ice skating on the Thames river London in the 1800's? Also USA: Galveston Bay froze over from Houston to Galveston Island in the 1800s; the ground in Dallas was frozen on Mayday then too, the settlement "La Reunion" had to quit and move into town. Did you know these same 'scientists' were terrified of CO2 levels dropping below 300ppm and an imminent new 'ice age' in the 1970's? (e.g., Balling 1992, Giddens 1999, Schlesinger 2003, Inhofe 2003, Will 2004, Michaels 2004, Crichton 2004, Singer and Avery 2007, Horner 2007). These 'scientists' income is dependent on fear mongering. There are plenty of honest scientists exposing this fraud but the MSM can't make money if there's no 'drama' to report. Do a little research. I don't mean 'Google' research 🙄

We ARE too late as some of the warming happened already, and as still to late with reducing CO2 and heat impact we WILL see much higher temperatures. To prevent, we might need some kind of break, large down of not needed productions as long they can't proof be driven by renewables ONLY. To prevent, we should only keep up food and live support, and stop all other activities, that can't be done with renewable yet. But that will not happen, either the done and further wanted change is too slow and late ... I concentrate already in how to survive that future as long for normal lifetime with aging maybe 90 ! I did my part in reducing, and with around 95% Solar-energy this months, after even 98% before, very low usage of Diesel Car (only shopping, school) and no holidays this 65 ltr Diesel a months is not a big part also. For the families here I calculated CO2 footprint around 2 to year each person. So that part is done - NOW it is time to prepare for the impact of what we started. This year the leveled up Solar system already was very helpful during the heatwave Mai 2024 = we used AirCon a bit too much. But that will not happen next year again, another upgrade is sure to do until march 2025. The AirCon deliver beside some water for that emergency if coming to hard droughts also, but only against food shortage I and we might be hope- and powerless. I fear the discussion with deniers about cause of warming let us forget to prepare the warming itself. My timeline planing even end somewhere 2100, when my daughter is 90 and hopeful has no kids anymore. Then the next 200 years will be a suffering down of mankind - without us.

You have done some excellent job. This warming process has long-term consequences since what accumulates slowly will gradually diminish in a linear proportion provided certain conditions are met. But, personally, I believe it is too late, and I do not see a future that can be spared, because the majority of the globe has adapted to this way of life, and I believe it is a summary of the problem that the remedy is launched when the chips are down, rather than immediately after a mistake is realized. There is much more to say about this, but no need to write a lengthy paragraph. It's best to do our part. Thank you very much.
