I’m a Floridian that was blessed to live in Valdese for two years, didn’t want to leave, but my home state was calling, I have several pictures of my son and myself sitting on the quarry rocks, and a bunch of pictures all around the area, absolutely breathtaking , And boy, it was cold for us😂

Great footage

Chatuge has unreal mountain scenery but is mostly developed so lots of boat traffic. Lake Nottely in Union county is less developed and more peaceful but hard to go wrong with any of these incredible places.

Pickens Local here, the Water Tower has been worked on. It is all shinny again!

Class of 04’ the football stadium wasn’t there yet but we were still decent in football. Soon as Coach Kimery left we became a powerhouse. Cool fact. The middle school is right next door. I was the first 7th grade class in that building. Thanks for doing this!!! I still go back to irmo Chapin area to visit my mom and dad who live 7 min from DFHS
