What a wonderful channeling. I love the idea of making a change that would lead to more joy. And I like the method for overcoming fear to easily raise your vibration for the meditation/ intention. We can all find a moment to be in, where we are peaceful and safe and not in a fearful circumstance. I listened to Franco Romero yesterday and he said that those of us who feel exhausted and heavy are the empaths. It isn’t due to the loving energy flowing in. That made me feel like I have more control. I can sever the ties to the pain of others as well as grounding the new energies. It’s so obvious and still so easy to forget that I am carrying fear about the election, middle eastern wars and pain that belongs to others, at least long enough to meditate upon making joyful change. Linda, I really resonated with this channeled message today. I heard that you gave a new angle to using our free will as we choose our choices. I heard that by choosing our choices to change while exercising our feeling of freedom without fear, following through and seeing, if this or that choice is what I want or not? I have the freedom to move on to finding another choice if I choose to change. So again that shows me how to use our free-will to change our situation at any time. This is a very powerful message to me. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your message. It was a great reminder to me to be more consistent with my meditation practice. It also reminds me how much I enjoy just walking out among the trees. I enjoy their counsel. They are so wise and there never seems to be enough time to spend with them. Love and light.

Thàt was so interesting, never thought being lost in mindless tasks was good for us. My dad called it daydreaming. I think years ago driving home from the store i must have been in a flow state. I could see the road when i realized i went about 3 miles beyond my normal turn. Like we just jumped time or something. Very interesting. Love your channeled messages.❤❤❤

You are so very brave! Full of grace, compassion, courage, and celestial wisdom. All is well! Ty for stepping out of your comfort zone. Who inspired you? Did you do it yourself? I kept hitting obstacles when I tried to do it myself. I do understand we create our realities, so I have chosen to co-create with someone. There’s been so much miscommunication that I went into communication minimalist mode and have just been listening. What ended up happening is my emotions regulated, my thoughts became organized, clear, and positive, and I felt energized and in my heart. I don’t know what to “do” now. It’s the strangest sensation to not feel compelled to have to prove anything to myself, God, the outside. I care, I love, but I no longer feel a responsibility to fix people but rather uplift them. I feel the importance of being present and paying attention and understanding in the moment. I feel so much love for you as if we are family. I don’t know how to be in this new energy yet. I believe it was a week or so ago, maybe a bit longer, I realized my head was clear and balanced. I knew it was only a matter of time before my nervous system would follow suit. It has. I would love to hug you! I just feel so PROUD of you!

Good advice!

I have been telling two of my grandsons that it's summer and they are missing out on so much fun! They want to stay inside the house and play on their phones or computer game boxes. They are 13 and 15. When I was their age would be at the lake, River, pool or friends house listening to music hanging out. We certainly were not sitting in the house doing nothing. Life is short and our childhood is so full of summertime memories, fun, friends, boyfriend and girlfriends. Get out and enjoy your life💞🙏💞
